I always dread balancing practices because I'm TERRIBLE at it. In my 20s, I twisted both of my ankles, so I struggle at rebuilding strength in them. I wobble and hop around the mat if I overthink it. Long story short, I'm going to incorporate your balancing practices in my weekly workouts. My ankles actually feel strengthened after this, and your instructions are so helpful. Thank you!

Hi, Katja, I've just tried this practice for the first time and had no problems at all. :) I think it's because I wear barefoot shoes, also on my everyday walks and hikes, which really strengthens my calves, feet and toes. I recommend it!
I need this and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Having good balance gives me confidence to push myself in a good way during practice. And I like the "lesson" in the beginning re: balance throughout the quadrants of the body. Good work as always.
