It is clear you only had this car for a day, or only a few days. You have got some things incorrect. It is incredibly easy to drive fast and hangs on with incredible feedback. The comment about respecting the car is really wrong, yes any car will crash if you push it hard enough but the lotus exige is very neutral and has no quirks. Getting in and out, you made it look more difficult than it is. After a little practice it is quite easy and many daily drive them including me. Yes it is raw, and noisy, but not as difficult to live with as you made out.
Looks like the raw and noisy comment was justified in this case, as this particular car was bought by Mighty Car Mods, and the exhaust was a badly installed aftermarket unit. They've fixed it now
Nah, they are all loud and noisy, it's a great feature. I have no stereo, speakers or AC in my 111R. Almost all the senses get a workout when you push it on twisty roads. Not sure about the comment off taking you to pieces.
If I saw this video I wouldn't buy this car... but I didn't before I bought my S2 and I'm glad I didn't because it is a fabulous vehicle! That's a terrible setup, the car shouldn't shake and it certainly shouldn't sound like that, it's so horrible and boomy! Also, you completely failed to show what happens when you hit 6000rpm... you drove that car like an old man. It's a race car, it does have a fair amount of shove from the supercharger at lower revs but the magic happens when the VVT-i cams change and everything goes a bit bonkers. Other than that, nice video ;-)
Whos here from MCM?
Me thanks to UA-cam thingy
If you have a look I believe there is a accelerator pedal to the right of the brake pedal which you can push down with your foot.
That scoop is for cooling. Intake is on the side
goyangi intercooler cooling
That looks like the same as the MCM new second hand Lotus. Probably is, as there are only 3 black ones in the country.
I am in total agreement (but I am biased hehe)!!! I love it on the track even more than the street. Good vid thx!
I agree Eric. Awesome car and what you get in terms of power from such a small vehicle is soooo much fun!
Pretty sure this is Moogs newly purchased Exige.

My dream car. Great video
how is grip reducing drag? lol
Oooooh what was that horrible white van at the beginning? Lotus is king 👍🏆🇬🇧
That is moors car look at the aftermarket side scoop and radio
Dear sir, what advantage does this vehicle have over, say a train, which I may also buy?
It drives like it’s on rails, but doesn’t need them.
Klaas Jan van Egmond ha that was good 😂. ... and the truth!
It can make passengers shit their pants
Nice Exige!
Bella...

Weird. No supercharger sound. Disappointed. The one I went in was unhinged!
