Do you remember the days when you would walk home for lunch from primary school? I would only go home to eat if my grandmother ( dads mum )was cooking. I really wish you could see me today because she was my first inspiration. I know she is by my side always 🥰🥰🥰🥰... I miss and love you MA.

Looks delicious. Is there a West Indian grocery store that I can order some products like Berties pimento sauce and other caribbean items.? I live in Kentucky. I have tried all from one supplier, but they don't have Berties pimento sauce at least when I looked.

Just love red beans in Pelau. Fully understand why this would be something to look forward to after school made by Agee/ Nanny . Neck and back , gizzards and liver were the staples back in the day . And so simple to make also .
