Cool stuff, I want to do this :) I think its a bit OP to know their location down to few meters. It'd be cool of opponents could, say, have some kind of scrambler device to break the signal and make the fire fight a bit more fair. Love the Behring series weapons.

@@Bokaj01 yes the marker is far too overpowered. I’ve been on the opposite side of this situation many times, have spent more time being a criminal with a crime stat than a bounty hunter overall. The moment you have a cs3 you should always assume that someone is tracking and coming for you at any moment regardless of if your in space or ground, etc. the first guy was definitely a little too casual just hanging out exposed like that.
Luckily CIG have said that this mechanic will be removed with bounty hunting 2.0, and tracking suspects will be a much more engaging activity and the precise marker will be a thing of the past. But who knows when that feature will be live.
You should do it! Just get your suspect apprehension certificate and start hunting. Feel free to sub if you like these types of gameplay videos. Will be posting as much as I can especially with 3.24 around the corner (maybe?). =)

Thanks, in hindsight I should have started shooting before even hitting the ground - the dude was definitely not paying attention as he didn’t even react before he got downed. Might have been a different outcome if he was alert.

The tracking is bs. It shouldnt show you exactly where they are.

@@GrandRiserOfficial Agreed, approximate location would be good and maybe some sort of active scanning tool (that requires actual gameplay and skill) to use to get even more precise location once you are in the vicinity.

That’s a pretty loaded question when it comes to Star Citizen! It really will depend on what your personal expectation is of the game. If you are aware, and okay with the fact that this is an alpha and your going to be “playing” mostly for testing purposes and have a very thick skin for bugs and issues you’ll probably enjoy it.
There’s two sides of the coin really, sometimes it’s extremely frustrating, bugs, login issues, features not complete, to the point where sometimes you can’t even play it’s so janky or laggy. And then reverse the coin and sometimes it just works and it’s probably the best, most emergent, dynamic gameplay I’ve ever experienced in a world that is at a scale so grand that I’ve never seen in gaming before. The first time you go from your hangar, into a ship, into atmosphere, into orbit, into warp to another planet, and land, and there are zero loading screens is really something quite unique.
I would suggest watching some other videos, and gameplay videos of other types of game loops, piracy, PvP, bounty hunting, mining, salvaging, missions, fps combat, etc. and if you dig it - it’s $45 dollars for the starter pledge (and you can buy pretty much every other ship with in game currency) at that price point for me it’s been 100% worth it. Myself and our “gaming group” started in October of last year, and haven’t stopped since - if that is anything that’s relevant :)

@@TheMinistry-SC appreciate the answer back and I definitely plan to look into it more I’m active military and then play a lot of MilSims like ARMA in my off time so I love large scale games that take learning and can lead to meeting new friends to make a good crew keep up the good work on the videos

@@metalheadrezdavis2325 sounds good man, I played Eve Online for over 15 years and so many corp mates I had were active military, the whole high skill ceiling, long term commitment, tactics and strategy needed for Eve was really popular with that crowd! Playing SC now I get similar vibes - especially with space combat engagements where we need to fly as a group and listen to the FC, really starts to shine when your crew plays enough that it’s working like a well oiled machine and everyone is on the same page, really reminds me of large coordinated battles in Eve.
If you plan on purchasing a starter pack / pledge for SC, feel free to use this referral code: STAR-77GW-29HR
You enter it upon account creation and it’ll give you an extra 5,000 UEC (United Earth Credits) to start with. Also feel free to hit me up if you need anyone to show you the ropes and fly with. Maybe see you in the ‘verse!

@@Mr.Universe Guaranteed, even legitimate bounty kills are frowned upon by some care bears. I’ve had a few comments that completely enter the realm of delusional, ill paste one of the best below:
      “@TheMinistry-SC no it wasnt.
I looked your video's and you are part of the problem that the most people have with the PvP community.
No one of the bounty you hunt are bad criminals, they are minding there owen bussines buying stuff or doing salvage.
Yeah, you are absolutely in the right they have CS 3 and a bounty, but for what? Towing a dead NPC vehicle ore killing a laggy NPC guard in the bunker.
So you are on the right side of the law, but you and i know how easy it is to get a "fals" CS3. And in the end YOU are disturbing the gamplay for other players for the fun of you.
And i tell u something they are the majority not the PvP guy's like u and the hardcore's like SM or AVS are even less.
And CIG know that and thats the reason why they are making green zones, negativ rep etc.”

@@Purenrgy yes all 3 were players. First guy must not have been paying attention at all as he didn’t even respond before being downed, second guy was killed from the side, and the third - well he just lost the exchange. All 3 were together as well, they were at that security post trying to wipe their crime stat (had they succeeded the bounty mission against them would have failed and they would no longer be flagged as criminals).
