Pretty home :) And great informative details about how to order these homes with the correct electrical, ceiling fan supports, etc. Most buyers don't know these things. And sometimes, not even the sales people.
It might be pretty, but is the new manufactured home built to the FEDERAL Rules, Regulations, Standards, and Requirements? You might say it was inspected before it left the manufacturer factory. I would say don’t trust no one. My experience is that I bought a new manufactured home that was damaged during transportation to retailers lot from the manufacturer. Per 42 U.S.Code 5414 the manufacturer should have notified me of the damage. It was reported by the driver and retailer 3 missing tires, 1 broken axle, furnace wire wrapped around the axle, damaged breaker box panel, 5 hours labor, and STILL CHECKING was reported. I noted in my first complaint to the manufacturer and retailer that around the exterior doors, windows, trim, and pipes coming through the subfloor was not sealed with sealant. This is a violation of standards. I have visited many retailers lots and inspected the exterior mating surfaces of new manufactured homes most but not all of the homes I inspected were not sealed with sealant as required per section 24 CFR 3280.307 Resistance to elements and use. Section 42 U.S. Code 5409 A noncompliance manufactured home shall NOT be offered for sale, sold, lease, or leased. That’s a Fact 😊.
Is there an app or website that would allow building a home with my choices without taking up your time? My time frame to buy is between Spring and latter.
@@karlguntherfragstein4225 Hi Karl : ) It is important to hire only licensed and insured installers. If you need some guidance or a list, let me know. Thanks for watching!
@@mobilehomemama When I go to retailers lots most but not all retailers but temporary blocks to support the new manufactured home. When I see a retailer that doesn’t but the temporary blocks underneath the new home. I will not purchase any manufactured home from that retailer.
Ugly backsplash. Sliding glass doors in living room is pretty but usually in dining area. We get full finished sheetrock in NC. Decor is so different in Indiana and surrounding states from here. I like this one except that backsplash.
Love this home. Would like to see more small 2 bedroom double wides if you make them. GOD bless
Love the slider in this home!

Hi Karl. That is provided by the installation team.
@@mobilehomemama The installation Team Is Not Following The Rules, Regulations, Standards, and Requirements for manufactured housing.

@@karlguntherfragstein4225 Ahh. I see. We are the factory so all these homes I jump in to tour are ready to ship. They are not models. Thanks!
I don't think this is the largest single white home. They do make eighteen foot wide single wides. Does champion not make a 18 wide?
Hi Vicky. 16' wide is the largest singlewide that comes out of the Topeka factory.
I just got dizzy....nice home though.
