Very nice & reasonable little home for the money.👍 As another here suggested, maybe move the furnace door to the hall? The kitchen will look nicer & it'd allow that wall to have a shelving/storage unit.

I like it but I would have chosen a different area for furnace door. I would have had it facing the hall which would leave more room for cabinet storage later in kitchen area. Also rid the clashy back splash in kitchen. It clashes with counter tops. Nice price and flooring. I am a senior and like things toned down. Looks good on bedroom wall.

This is a question for the "nitty gritty' salesperson. If that's you, let's hear it? What justifies the exorbitant price hikes of mobile home products? Certainly, we all expect the natural (as time goes on) price increases as consumers, but I would think that technology has found a way to manufacture more efficient, thus lowering costs? Or is it like the remaining housing industry and market, rule of thumb; no longer compete on pricing. Just jack prices sky high across the board and everyone makes a killing!! (By the way, that's the actual concept I hear) In 1987, I bought a brand new Skyline Sable Ridge, 14x70 for $17,900 I think? Beautiful beautiful beautiful. Did I mention it was beautiful? Yes, it was beautiful! No paneling. Sheet rock walls, cathedral ceilings, bay windows, trapezoid windows, extra thick padded carpet(like a mattress) wallpaper throughout, Master bedroom and bathroom, garden tub, decorative railings, floor to ceiling mirrors, etc...just beautiful. Truly set apart from traditional mobile living as we knew it. Yes, the mobile home stigma, but everyone agreed, this was different. All that to say, how do we justify a $39,000 thrifty, or $69,000 single? What has the industry done value wise for the consumer to pay $20,000/$40,000 more for less of a home?

Is there a similar layout in 16 wide? I like the patio off the bedroom but need just a bit more space.

2 things I don't like. Narrow doors ways/ hallways. Heating cooling. Need Mini split system for heating cooling. Way more efficient.

How much for the osb board outer shell upgrade? On this home. It does make the house stronger. Someone can kick right thru that vinyl and thin wallboard. Thanks:)
