Excellent drill! I just tried it and it is challenging even though I am good at making ball contact first and ground 1 to 2 inches after. This is very good practice though.

A Good drill to use, particularly in wintertime off mats, when the practice area is very wet and mats are all in play on the practice ground. Good drill Ali.
