This is a very old development with a refresh. This type is very cheap, but efficent. It can see all stealth and anti-radar-rockets cannot hit this station.

LOL the first P-18 was introduced in the Russian Army in 1971 This "thing" and the word "Solid State Radar" is a combination like "freezing Hell" or "dry Pacific"

@@divoulos5758 Forget vacuum tube- with a known flight path. even a MANUAL anti-aircraft gun can shoot down the plane!
And the Serbs failed to shoot the F-117 conducting more than 100 sorties, after shooting that one plane! And not even a single F-117 was shot down, conducting countless sorties for several years in the Iraq War of 2003-11.
The Russian Su-35 was shot down in Ukraine by a Soviet-era Igla!
@Sshhs known flight plan doesn't mean that much the pilot isn't a robot to follow exactly the same flight plan all the time
In most of its course the plane could deviate by 100s of meters at times
And the lock needs precise info such as speed position and distance to happen not "shoot about there type of info"
