If under "Russian clients" you mean Syria, they havent these radars. Secondly, AA defense of Syria working by worst possible way - it shoting only missiles launched from IAF jets, but not attacking jets itself. Theres no AA system on the world designed to work like that (absorb one attack after another with 100% success rate). Concept of AA systems is that they absorb enemy attack and simultaneosly attacking enemy airplanes, supported with own air force and all together destroy or at least cripple enemy ability to attack again. In Syria they dont doing this, so Israel can pick time, target and solution of attack, while syrian army always working in deep defense with all advantages on the side of Israel. Its like in box match would one boxer could attack and defence by his will and another could only defend himself. Winner would be obvious... Syrian AA defense working pretty well and doing what they can, but in situation when they only engaging attacking missiles and not carriers from which they were launched, soon or later some missile will go through and reach their target and to the world news about shitty russian/syrian AA systems, but ordinary people dont understand that those systems regularly catch 50-80% of attacking missiles of IDF, but they fighting lost fight.
