In this video, you mentioned Motor Oil Saver and Ceratec to stop oil leak. You demonstrated by pouring the Motor Oil Saver in the engine, but not the Ceratec. Do you not use both and when do you put them in the oil tank? Is it before or after putting the new oil in?
it wont work if oil is tipping down on floor after parking, changing seals are only options. its good if oil is just appearing on seals and on exhaust.
I own a 2012 BMW 535i with the n55 motor it's a great car but the parts to do regular maintenance are ridiculously expensive. Either way the maintenance must be done and i wouldn't do something like this to a car that's so expensive to repair something like this will only dig you deeper into the money hole just fix the car correctly a little at a time.

yeah, but you're going to now stretch your timing chain because those oils don't have the detergent in LL-01 rated oil to remove the grit from the timing chain. You'll eventually have a giant oil leak coming from the rod sticking out of the block.
I've heard that bmw's should never have oil stop leak added to their engines. Supposedly it can cause other parts of the engine to swell and block oil passage ways starving them of the needed oil. For example there is some type of small valve that this happens with. The question that I cant seem to get an answer to is why is it ok to add moly liqui oil stop leak? Why doesnt it do the same thing?

Hello, I have a 2015 BMW X1. Two years ago, I had all three of my oil systems replaced by BMW. Recently, they informed me that there was an oil leak again, but they claimed it was not urgent or severe. They quoted me over $3,000 for the repair which I find hard to believe. I just had an oil change service done at BMW in January 2024 as well. Do you think I can purchase the two oils and pour them like you did? I'm uncertain about the second type of oil you mentioned. FYI. I've had enough of BMW. I've had two negative experiences with a particular BMW dealership recently, and I believe they are dishonest and don't tell the truth to their customers. It's really disheartening.

My N20 is leaking on the oil filter housing and valve cover. I have to add 1qt every 1000 miles. Will this stop the leak?

Do u use it AFTER oil change? Will it be a waste to use before oil change? Because it's not my time yet to change
You need to run it in the engine for about 1000 km.
