If I saw this video in he day I would go exercise, but I'm going to bed 😂 I am so excited to get my butt up though and get to it in the morning and so glad I saw this before bed. Let's get it!
I just completed a 45 min walk (according to the WHO, I met the daily requirement for my heart health), although I believe I should be doing more exercises.
You can always add a few exercises to your walk. For example: walk for 5 minutes then drop down for 20 minutes; walk 5 minutes then do 20 squats. Switch up an add different exercises to you walk. Stay consistent and 😊 enjoy the results
Thanks for the idea I will give it a go and see. Also after my initial comment I went on the scale and scary number came up so I found kettle bell 15 min workout then went for a 2 hour walk
