You can always add a few exercises to your walk. For example: walk for 5 minutes then drop down for 20 minutes; walk 5 minutes then do 20 squats. Switch up an add different exercises to you walk. Stay consistent and 😊 enjoy the results

Thanks for the idea I will give it a go and see. Also after my initial comment I went on the scale and scary number came up so I found kettle bell 15 min workout then went for a 2 hour walk

He wanted to give me dentures for more than I paid for my full mouth implants. Other places charged 32k . Mexico and Costa Rica gave me a 26k quote and the people in Turkey never responded back after I told them the quote I already received from Medellín. Another dentist in Medellin told me 17k

Yes you can make payments. You can pay monthly using your credit card. You can also pay half for the initial surgery and half when you complete everything.
