I was wondering if that was soy sauce being added or oyster sause or a mix. Do they add sugar or salt or a mix or was the white powder MSG?
Do they use sesame oil or another type of oil?
On the oyster omlet, is that cream they use before the egg or some sort of starch mixture?

The basic ingredient is potato starch, but the ingredients used vary depending on the shop.

What was that green stuff they added into the rice? Was that lettuce or was it green onions?
It looks to be lettuce from what i can see. I was surprised too as I'm used to the green being scallions/green onions.
It's bok choy, nether lettuce nor green onions.
