Я американец. Простите гугл-перевод, если неправильный. Да. Рисовая мука! Все выглядит так аппетитно!
В странах Азии (Вьетнам, Китай, Лаос, Камбоджия, Тайланд и тд.) всё из рисовой муки)). Пожалуй лишь лапша из пшеничной муки и то не все её виды. Булочки из рисовый муки, увы, вкусные лишь пока горячие, их на следующий день как наши традиционные булки, калачи, пирожки и пироги есть не выйдет, но для разнообразия попробовать стоит.

Pretty cool some streets this is when the sun rises as the market disappears by lunch time. Others, areas don't wake up until around 3PM when shops setup for the night market.

To avoid cross contamination, raw to cooked product.
Once the outside is sealed, and cooked enough, you have to change your tongs, and scraper.
