I’ve used Minoxidil on and off for years but it causes acne on my scalp. It never grew my hair, but it maintained whatever amount of hair I had during that moment. I’m going to try oral minoxidil. It’s expensive but I want to try.
Ussually topcail is more effective, possibly becouse of acne problem you where not seeing best results. Foam is ussually more scalp friendly and less likley to cause acne
The treatments are all out from so many men trying everything. Start with minoxidil, derma rolling, finasteride, nizarol. You will get back specially if you are diffused thinner.

Every time I eat bad diet or drink alcohol my scalp itches and I shed more hair. I spent 8 months with very healthy clean diet and shedding slowed down, however I struggle to regrow hair taking DHT blockers and using stimulants with micro-needling. Any advice would be great.

Hey @sigmarules5839, hair relaxer is a topical solution so it's not going to affect DHT but it can affect your scalp and aggravate problems or cause reaction
