if you only get your car washed every once in awhile I think you'll be okay. I personally go thru automatic car washes maybe once every 3 months or so...cheers!

I think Joel should be be more protective of where he & the family live. I’ve been able to find exactly where their house is by footage and places he and Keegan film around where they live. With the children there I would make sure that in this day & age that he should be more reticent about telling & filming around where he lives

But yeah, you're right. All I tell people is that I live "in Silicon Valley", or "San Jose" (which has 1 million people) or "San Francisco Bay Area"....I don't want to get too specific because of the psychos out there! I've heard that people outside of Southern California are surprised at how many car washes there are and how we are obsessed with keeping our cars clean.

At first online, they were egregiously complimentary, for almost three months. and then, out of the blue they started posting horribly negative things about my creative decisions and about myself. And...created multiple accounts and personas to bash me. I instantly thought of you, and how you handle these issues. I'm not sure if I should block them, because I feel like that might set up a waterfall of new accounts. So I'm just trying to ignore them and not let them have power over me. I appreciate how you share yourself with us, but of course within boundaries.
Oh Gods. I’m so sorry to read that! On top of it being obviously stressful, it must be quite bloody terrifying. As a former Digital Content Manager myself with over 20 year’s experience prior to burning out, if I could give you and Joel any advice is to know when it’s either time to take a short break away from social media and reorient, and also know when it’s time to bring in Moderators to help spread the load. Both of those things can make a really quantifiable difference - the first is the most obvious one, (it’s also beneficial for one’s audience too, as it helps keep things fresh and not staid. It’s very easy for something fun to turn into a slog), but I can not stress how valuable the 2nd one can be: a trusted and reliable Moderation team can be an absolute game-changer and worth their weight in Gold when things start feeling overwhelming. *Please please take good care of yourself, don’t take any chances. It’s not worth the risk. Trust your judgment and stay safe!*

My husband loved the book Tuesday's with Morrie. I loved the All souls Trilogy. There is a fourth book that carry on after it called Times Convert its about Macus Witmore and Phoebe Taylor's characters, which was great too. You inspired me to read a Court of Thorns and Roses, which was good, but the second book in the series A Court of Mist and Fury is fantastic! And is what I'm currently reading. I can't wait to finish it and start the third in the series, and I don't think I would have read them without you talking about the first book so thankyou so much. I hope you enjoy reading A Discovery of Witches and Tuesdays with Morrie. But most of all I hope you and Keegan have a great day!

Joel it's understandable that you keep your address/location private. I do enjoy unboxings because I like to see you enjoy your gifts. It also tells something about you that you might not talk about on your channel, like what book you are currently reading, I might have already read that book or find your description interesting enough to check it out myself. I have done that with other utubers that I follow. I also follow some utubers who listen to music that they have never heard before, and I enjoy watching their reactions to music I grew up listening to..

I’m in South Yorkshire & we’re having lots of days out round Yorkshire’s places we’ve never been! Last week we went to Brontë town Haworth, very hilly but so beautiful, the views were amazing 🤩 then after that,went to the Piece Hall in Halifax, which was full of amazing little shops & tearooms, we have so much beautiful countryside around us, it’s lovely exploring it all, next stop Hebdon Bridge 😊

I have an Audi A5 and it’s my 3rd since fall 2009. I’ve used the automatic car wash far more often than a hand wash. I save that for the inside. Smart thinking Joel. Also I love your videos and sort of think that, while it’s very nice people send you tokens and gifts, but if you do it just so that your gift is done in a video, that’s a little self serving. Of all the times I have gone through the car wash I have never suffered scratches but it finally happened that for the first time since not removing the radio antenna that was supposed to get through the brushes due to its flexibility, it broke. I had to laugh and so did my service advisor at the dealership but I did eventually buy a new one and it actually made the reception slightly better so I have been playing my radio a bit more although Ford does not make good car radios but then we don't have any decent radio stations here to even listen too but such is life. This is the first current video I have seen from you in awhile as I am still on year 3 trying to catch up but I am close to year 2 so I guess that is good. Nice to see Fletcher.....take care!

Bradford is really good at keeping its parks beautiful. It's the best place for authentic curry houses. Try The Alhambra for excellent theatre and shows. For highbrow - St George's Hall concerts. Bradford Cathedral, apart from the obvious, lunchtime concerts. The best Waterstones in the WORLD: (with coffee shop). : It used to be the WOOL Exchange. Hockney Gallery in Saltaire/model village. Hoe of the Brontēs. The Victorian architecture is staggeringly beautiful - always remember to look up when in Bradford.

I mean of course in the end you do you because it is your life. However, I don't need the exact address(and no one should be asking that), but saying the actual town shouldn't be a big deal. Plus OWN IT ! One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone says they are from the city of Chicago, Illinois in the US, BUT they are from a suburb because they think no one will not have heard of it. But we never will if you don't embrace where you are from. If you say Bradford, or Bradfordshire, or where ever you are actually from people will not be able to pinpoint your house unless you show the numbers or show your front door. I mean you told us that you lived in london and showed your front door of your house in london and as far as I know you did not have anyone stalking your house.

Of all the times I have gone through the car wash I have never suffered scratches but it finally happened that for the first time since not removing the radio antenna that was supposed to get through the brushes due to its flexibility, it broke. I had to laugh and so did my service advisor at the dealership but I did eventually buy a new one and it actually made the reception slightly better so I have been playing my radio a bit more although Ford does not make good car radios but then we don't have any decent radio stations here to even listen too but such is life. This is the first current video I have seen from you in awhile as I am still on year 3 trying to catch up but I am close to year 2 so I guess that is good. Nice to see Fletcher.....take care!

Bradford is really good at keeping its parks beautiful. It's the best place for authentic curry houses. Try The Alhambra for excellent theatre and shows. For highbrow - St George's Hall concerts. Bradford Cathedral, apart from the obvious, lunchtime concerts. The best Waterstones in the WORLD: (with coffee shop). : It used to be the WOOL Exchange. Hockney Gallery in Saltaire/model village. Hoe of the Brontēs. The Victorian architecture is staggeringly beautiful - always remember to look up when in Bradford.

I watched Keegan’s TED Talk back when you first introduced us to him on the channel and it is fantastic! Also, Tuesdays with Morrie is a wonderful book. I’m a bit confused about school in the UK-do they go all year? I was surprised that Fletcher would be in school in July.
Schools break up late July and go back early September in England, other parts of the UK are slightly different

Hi my name is Kate but I use my husband account lol, if people send you letters and gifts but are upset because you don't open them on camera then they are sending them for the wrong reason, you give someone a gift not to receive anything back, I don't want to watch you opening every box you get sent, it would go on for hours lol,I live just outside of Doncaster and we have been to Bradford many times, it has lovely, friendly people ,we are more friendly up north 😊 and you we get a really good curry there at reasonable prices, go for a curry one night joel. 😊❤

I mean of course in the end you do you because it is your life. However, I don't need the exact address(and no one should be asking that), but saying the actual town shouldn't be a big deal. Plus OWN IT ! One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone says they are from the city of Chicago, Illinois in the US, BUT they are from a suburb because they think no one will not have heard of it. But we never will if you don't embrace where you are from. If you say Bradford, or Bradfordshire, or where ever you are actually from people will not be able to pinpoint your house unless you show the numbers or show your front door. I mean you told us that you lived in london and showed your front door of your house in london and as far as I know you did not have anyone stalking your house.
