I always enjoy your music choices, dark and spooky, which is a Stark contrast to the bright colors of cord that you use. Clint Mansell is amazing and your knotting skills are as well.

I love seeing a video on youtube where the comments are positive. Not only positive, but supportive of the poster. Says something about JD, I think. Best wishes, man.

I used TIAT's "paracord ball" with the third pass for the center of this and it worked great! Thanks JD! Good luck with that eye too.

you are da man!!! I like the fact that for one there is only you tying the knot and two and you are constantly centered and in focus. Nice work thanks a lot

The Cyclops lives to tie another day.
Obviously you were able to compensate for your diminished depth perception - which is amazing, since I still have the vocalize the steps out loud, when just tying a square knot :) .
My good vibe thoughts go out to you. Get well soon J.D.

Thanks so much JD! This is a very easy to follow technique, and the fact that you produced this with the use of only one eye is immensely impressive. (Perhaps the one eye explains why this is tagged as a "Ho-To". :))

Your videos are, in my opinion, the best on UA-cam. They're simple to follow. If it wasn't for tiat videos, I don't think that I would have picked up on this art. So, thank you!
Oh, & you also have the most perfectly trimmed fingernails!

I once asked if you could do a paracord footbag similar to the dragon pouch but i think this would be better. Instead of using a marble just left over paracord for filler. Thank you for vids. Very simple and slow. Its like meditating. Im excited to try this one out. Cheers!

You are really very good. Plus your videos are very clear and easy to follow. Thanks. I'm going to go try this right now. I have the 550 but I assume it will make just a slightly larger globe knot. :-)

Hello, I have noticed that in the beginning of many of your videos, you show your hands holding the rope before you start the knot or bread. I have noticed you do not tell your viewers where your are holding the rope (ie: middle, 4 inches in left hand, 12 inches in right hand). I really love all your videos however i am having trouble estimating where you are starting in the rope length. I always finnish with a really short end and a really long end.
