This video is for me. I am absolutely paranoid of hurting myself again with a back injury. The dynamics around fatigue and exercise sequencing make sense. Thanks for giving us hope in the idea that an injury is NOT death sentence. Would love to see a video on staying appropriately consistent and adapting the program when "everything goes wrong" - sick household, busy work schedule, soreness/pain all happening at once.
Did you have issues with proximal bicep tendinitis? The 20 min shoulder video has been doing me well, I love the roster cuff stuff, my main issue is my bicep tendon. The rest of my shoulder is feeling really good but I can’t shake the bicep tendon pain. Did you do specific tendinitis exercises for your bicep tendon?
@Treerootz1 Yes, I had that. It's not necessarily biceps tendinitis. That can be referred pain from the SLAP tear. You just need to continue progressing your training. The 20 minute routine is a brilliant start point to get your first win with rehab. But it won't fi the issue. No single program will. Rehab is a process of pwiodization and progressive overload.

@ thanks man! Hope you feel better soon!
Do you advocate the use of red light therapy?
Really helped me pre-surgery and will be resuming once my stitches are out
During yesterday's live broadcast, my network was not very good and it was disconnected. Sorry Rad.
@Freezy_23 no problem mate! Thanks for watching
