- If you wanted to know what it’s like to install a knock off Liberty Walk wide body kit then you’ve come to the right place. Obviously it’s going to take some work to get this fitted properly but in the end it’ll look great. Our goal with this video series is to help you understand exactly what it takes to mount a wide body kit. As always, leave a comment if you have any questions. Rookie To Pro it is! the first wheel well took us like 12 hours mainly because we didn’t know what we wanted to do exactly but the second one was about 5 hours.

The rear wells need to be welded and sealed together as its structural... also it will start to rust
Yes you’re right, we started off just welding part of it but decided to do all of it and we also built steel inner wheel wells.

6:20 Do you lose body structure rigidity if you metal cut that area?
We don't really know but we made sure to weld the inner and outer panels together. It seems to be just as strong as it was before.

@@dantefoisy3696 it’s a Duraflex kit, idk where my dad got it from most likely EBay but that was ordered like 2 years ago so I don’t think he would remember either

@@dantefoisy3696 we bought it pre-Covid so it’s very possible the place that sold us ours isn’t selling them anymore. But there has to be someone out there selling one, they’re popular kits
