Wow! Seriously, this is one of THE nicest drop in screen's I've ever seen! Mainly due to all of the options! Hell, it lets you fully adjust the RGB ranges, basically letting you fully calibrate the screen if you want. That's something I've never seen on any other kit before. Wish more kits for other systems were like this!
so this exact same kit is being made for a bunch of different systems now, its bassically the same board/screen just with minor modifications to work on different handhelds, and theyre mass producing it, its awesome
this is the way, very proper to sand it down and use a dremmel, I would also not hold back and rather be safe its done in a good way, I will keep this saved for a later date.
This new screen looks great! Have been wanting to do either this or a backlight mod to my stock NGPC. Technically this isn't actually a backlight mod tho, since it's actually a whole new screen. It's a backlit screen replacement is what I would call it. Looks sick tho! I especially love the gridline filter which looks amazing on any retro portable.
That one turned out good. I got to see if you have done any gamecube mods on you channel. Been getting hook onto playing that more since i have an hdmi adapter now. Like even my gameboy games on it look pixel perfect

ive been doing that for like 4 years in all my videos on youtube, BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN I OWN IT, cuz i took the idea from people who where modding ps2's in the early 2000's lol, they started it, so the lawsuits gunna hit me not you lol

What exact pair of wire strippers do you use in this video here? Am looking for a decent pair that can strip at least down to 30awg, or even better down to 32awg.

Both my sensor wires feel off when I was changing the shell and now there is no image in the screen. Any idea how to fix it?
