Holy cow! I was just looking on Amazon this afternoon at both these cameras trying to decide which to go with. Then I’m scrolling on UA-cam tonight and this video pops up. Thanks so much for the info. Interested in some POV shots with the camera on the front of the board looking back at me. The wider the angle the better so they can see more of me haha 🤣. Any advantage to shots like that with one of these cameras?
Awesome video! The comparison and run down was great. Only thing I was thinking about that you demo in the beginning but didnt talk about in the second half was that the when you were singing in the water, the audio on the gopro was way better than the other camera!
Yea the audio on the gopro was much cleaner during that. After more testing they seem to be similar ONCE all the water is shaken out. But the water releases from the gopro a little easier.
Off topic from the video, I'm looking to get a skimboard but not sure what to get. I've been going wakesurfing with my buddy but also have a trip to Hawaii lined up. Is there options out there that would work decent enough for both beach skimming and wake surfing? Figured I might as well get a board that does both if it's out there instead of getting 2 boards
@@AustinKeen facts I’m able to get great photos just from screen shooting my videos I do not regret getting this camera what so ever and I have the adventure combo open box from Best Buy it was $300 you can’t beat that

Seems the DJI had terrible audio compared to the GoPro. The conversation didn't even mention that, which is strange.

Use a potato..😉Not for filming of course...Just rub a lens with a peeled potato..It might help with those water droplets...
