Amazing lecture. But I have a dumb question. At 13:37 there are no junctional diversity segments between the J and the C. Why not? If you selected HC J6 then it makes sense that there's no junctional diversity since J6 and the constant region are contiguous. But what about J regions non contiguous with the constant region? Or does the RNA polymerase know only to translate the first encountered J region?
that's the best video ever to explain the N and P nucleotides clearly.
Thanks for the feedback!
Great video. Am I mistaken, or is it actually a protein called Artemis, not RAG, that makes the random single-stranded nick to open the hairpin?
It is Artemis, not RAG.
Thanks mister, it was a very good lecture that induced my love of immunology
Honestly was so much easier to understand after this, god bless man
Bless you too!
Beautiful video!! :D Thank you for explaining! You are the only one making this so clear!
This HELPS SO MUCH !! Thanks for the awesome explanation
my teacher literally just makes things way too complicated and my life too miserable 😀
👍🏻
Ku70-Ku80, DNA Artemis..... nothing? Rag doesn't bind the DNA...
Amazing lecture.

Glad it was helpful! Please subscribe!
good explanation, but why mess it up and draw the basic antibody Y shape wrong at the end of the video?
What’s wrong with that drawing?
Great job - very helpful!!
