Excelent lecture!! I think you forgot to point that D segments have 6 reading frames (because it can be inverted during recombination process). So the number of possible V heavy chains is increased by 6 fold, totalizing over than 36000 combinations.

I don't know if you made these lectures coz ur a Professor and u had to teach during covid (as the upload timeline is (2020) or u just had to make these for your own school work...Whatever the case maybe...
