In this video, i would like show everyone of my new building near my home village backyard. Hope everyone enjoy watching my video and give me a thumb up. leave a comment below of what you wanna seeing in the coming video.
Who else feels like the laziest person in the world now?
Edit: 23K likes later - I’m so happy to see I’m in good company! Also, I’d like to add for those who commented about how these videos are made...I am well aware of the magic of editing, that this girl probably had some help, and this didn’t happen in a day. But it’s no less inspirational! Nor does that fact negate my feelings that I could do more on any given day. :) Carpe Diem, UA-cam friends!
Lazy and OLD! 🤣
I dont even like setting up my 4 pole tent lol

These "primitive build" channels are almost all fake, this one included, and they typically dump plastic, excess cement, paint and other pollutants on site and abandon them, they don't respect the environment at all.

the fact she covered the tree's gouge with dirt is sweet to me
I think she used the hard soil from termites as a natural cement, she knows a lot of skills to do that, maybe peasants in Cambodia or Vietnam knows how to to do such houses. When you don't have money you learn how to use your environment. It is totally eco friendly, even the paintings are coming from plants.

This is what I imagined my house looked like as I sat on my bed of grass in the middle of the four twigs I stuck in the ground at 7 years old. 😂
That's such a beautiful and charming comment. We did something similar as my friend Debby D. and I would play around the old Crabapple tree* that grew between her parents' and her grandparents' house when we were little kids. (*There were also many other trees around the front and back of each house, as well as Climbing flowers, some I think were roses. I loved that place as a child, and only just now began thinking of just how much that place influenced the types of architecture and plants and landscaping that I love so much. This will require further thought!) That old twisted tree have the place this feeling of being very old. The houses weren't, but the way the tree twisted every which-way seemed to me like it must've been quite old, being all rough and craggy and dark. I remember how the bark was so dark after the rain, and it always thrilled me in some way. (I wasn't even ten years old, yet.) You put that feeling so well, thank you. (I just looked it up on Google Earth; the houses are there, but most of the trees are gone. That was a long time ago, so I kind of figured.) (It still sucks, though. 😔)

This actually got to me. I forgot just how capable we are of something nature provides. I'm sure its harder then you make it look, lol but its beautiful
My thoughts exactly 👍🏼
The government wants us to believe self sufficiency is hard and impossible, so that we would keep our jobs and pay our taxes.
The government also restricts use of land and resources to make it hard to live like this. Think of all the fees, taxes and licences you need just to farm or fish.
It is sad really, just how much we have lost. I honestly wish we all learned and remembered the knowledge of our ancestors. To reconnect back with nature as beings of the land as we were meant to rather then live as robots that we do today.
No excuses for ANYTHING EVER. I just got slapped with the truth. Laziness. Painfully true. Now she's an example for well, EVERYone.
is nobody gonna talk about how incredible her balance is?
It's amazing how this girl can build all that by herself out of trees and mud she deserves 100 award's 😮 ❤
she didn't....clearly it takes power tools to dig all that out...the crushed leaves are really paint and that is not insect nest she but actual cement. I don't appreciate being lied to- and you can clearly see some of the bamboo was put together by machine...not by her hands- that was a switcheroo if you watch closely.
The reason there's 3.3 million views on this video, because in everyone's hearts, this is how they would like to live

No, it is not. She has electricity, quality food, finacial support, people support (just not shown)... this video (although I admit is beautiful) gives very false sense of ease living in the forest. @@karin9870 @IDon’tKnowWhatIDo No, you are Naive. A dumbass one might say. She is not hooked up to the electrical grid, so she is off grid. Yeah she totally made that paint from crushed leaves. Try that at home.
Right! I'm impressed
Yeah but I've smushed up leaves before but never got paint like her. Really? Is this for real?
@@annettelemmer9649 i think she also used the white sap we saw her drain, that would make the green from the leaves pop like that, & give it sticky bonding power. I was confused too at first like how did crushed leaves.... but then i remembered seeing the sap 😜
@@bodybalancer The way that sap was dripping from the branch, she would've had to to stand there for days, making sure the cut didn't dry out in order to get an amount of paint enough to cover even one square on that floor. I'm pretty sure they faked some of this although it's technically possible. I mean, do you believe that this video was captured naturally in 1080p by the forest? I was born in the Philippines. I don't remember ever having made paint from green leaves and rubber tree sap. Normally you'd have to boil that sap down in order for it to be of any use as latex paint. Not to mention the fact that rubber latex isn't generally water soluble. Notice also that they didn't show her doing the roof all by herself. It's a nice thought but this video is totally contrived. I mean, doing this is possible but there are a lot of things that weren't accounted for. Where did she get the concrete mix? Did she burn up 500 kilios of shells for the lime? Did she really spend 9 hours straight carrying water from the river to the little pool to fill it up with that little earthenware jug?
This young lady has some serious construction skills. She made it all look so easy which means she excels at her profession.

No common sense tells you that's not what happened
I used to do things like that for fun growing up in the country. Make trails through the woods, build a fort with a moat around it. After 16 years my parents wanted to get rid of our built in full size pool. I as a 16 yr old girl, after the frame was gone I removed most of the columns that framed the pool and busted up the cement with a pick axe. I was into Roman anthology at the time so I left some columns, made a path with the broken concrete and built a curved bridge to span where the deep end of the pool had been. Then I covered the sand with moss and other plants like she did with the turf. It was by no means a professional job, but I liked the outcome and that I had done it alone.

If everyone only took only what they needed and respected the land, the world would be very different. It’s the same thing for hunting. If you kill an animal, eat or use every part of it. This just reminded me of how SPOILED we are as a human race. This woman literally made a beautiful home out of nothing meanwhile I’m here complaining because it’s too cold out & I don’t wana walk to the mailbox. 🤦🏻♀️🙄
Same😂 I have to move my car because of sweeper and I'm already in bed I was looking for excuses to just move it early I the AM n after this video 🤣 I'm moving my car NOW 😫
I like how you dragged the whole human race into your personal issue
Human race... So.. The human like creature in the video is not a human.. Interesting..
Hhh joking
Well I mean it is 34 where I am so no I will not walk to my mailbox...
You mean humans living in developed nations are spoiled. Children don’t even know where food comes from unless you’re from a rural farming community. Building homes like this are still done in poor developing nations especially in small villages with zero access to the crap that turn most of us into entitled, selfish and spoiled humans. They worry about the next meal while some of us cry over the latest cell phone. First world problems.
I love how she doctored the tree with mud when she took some of its sap but ferociously snatched them leaves when they were the right kind of green to make paint 🤣
I felt the very same way. I was like ‘did the bush do something to her for her to treat it so rough?’ It warmed my heart to see her patch up the tree after collecting the sap.
The wound to the tree is an invitation for pests and disease. Pruning young shoots isn’t such a big deal to a plant.
Lmao yeah but it's less damaging to take newer growth
My thoughts exactly 😂🤣 Lmao!!!!
I didn't know leaves can be use for paint I know cavemen used animal blood to make cave paintings
WELL, I just learned that you can make paint using leaves..
nah, by the color you can tell its fake, its not a natural green, it looks synthetic.
Damn invention
Definitely synthetic. Not natural chlorophyll I’m that plant she used. Little too far fetched. This still has to take her a few weeks to build that house I’m sure. Just like it took her more then a. Day to fill that moat around her house uo with water the way she was doing it.
@@XXX1NELSON1XXX Yeah there are many things they omit from the building. It's nice looking and impressive even to be able to do all that, but all of the wood is sawed, the white paint with the green etc. I'm guessing the fish were bought, the ditches were dug with machinery or at least shovels.
Original paint was made from plants :) some people paint with plant materials on here. They're just not as stable.
That said, for this paint to stick in the area it's at, it should be synthetic. The color and vibrancy aren't the tells.
I wish they would show all the other people helping her, it's not like we're going to think anything less of them because there were multiple people helping her build this.
Bro a crew of people are building this crap not her. These channels are as staged as those animal rescue videos where people throw the same puppy into the same river for the same child to "rescue" over and over.
Idk
Wow this earth truly provides everything we need to live. Their knowledge, their skill, their work ethic is just mind blowing. And some think they are the poor ones when really we’re the poor ones. They are rich in knowledge and because of that they have plenty. Beautiful video ❤️

Yes ma'am Indeed. I'd love to live this way. Completely different from anything I've ever experienced
Truly God given.
Beautifully said. So true 🙏

Video: Therapeutic and calming to watch
My random thoughts: I bet she could whoop my ass the way she grabbed them leaves off the tree.
Dang! She's is strong!😅
😵😵😭😭😭
💯😂😂😂😭😭😭😭
I was thinking the same thing
It's in the technique. You need a quick yank in the right direction against the weak spot where the branch splits from the trunk. It's easy depending on the type of wood. But yes, she's strong. She easily lifts her own weight up onto the roof.
She built a whole livable structure with no shoes on and without a ladder, proper hammer, nothing. The ass whoopings are a foregone conclusion at this point.
When i saw her getting the fish i was like "finally this girl is gonna eat" and then she puts them in her little pond 🤦♀️😂😂
Me too. I was thinking “uhm, time for some yummy grilled fish” 🤣😂
girl its abusing tho, the pond has nothing to eat and not enough space for them. taking a fish from his home its a stressing situation. and where r the plants under water for them?
@@imsassy9032 That's exactly what I was thinking as well. How is she going to keep them alive?
@@T_oasty by eating them afterwards.😂

For a minute, I thought some creative mode music was playing at the beginning 😄
Isn't that the Minecraft music in the background?:D I only hear it bc I have kids.

How are you doing today
Meanwhile, I can’t even put together a chair I bought at ikea ....
Lol
LMAOOOOOOO YASSSSS ....bookcase instructions can send me over the edge but this young lady built and entire house with her bare hands 🙀

But then again, who can?

Anyone else scared of the fire everywhere at the end
Yes very! And fires were on when she went off to sleep at night!
Don't be scared baby....I'll protect you.😘😌
Yes!! And after all that work.
The fires were contained in the metal vases and would put itself out. She would not have done this if she knew her hard work would be at stake.
@@blackhorse9729 it's a tropical rainforest, no fires will burn,,
Damn, ok, not only did she build a whole house herself, but she also set up every shot and probably edited the video herself too.
I really hope this is sarcasm cause same 😂😂

I love this so much. Such a beautiful and wonderful reminder that nature gives us everything we need. The knowledge this woman has is incredible and knowledge worth having.
Hello 👋 Jody
How are you doing today
Um... she's not doing this by herself. There's a crew that helps her build everything and the little snippets they show are part of the editing. If you want to watch someone do it for real, go watch Primitive Technology with the Australian bloke. He's what started this "primitive" craze and everyone's copied his style. The major difference is that everyone else uses crews and machinery off-camera.
Primitive Technology shows every step of the process (building an axe, making the molds for bricks, making bricks out of clay, building a kiln...) and explains everything in captions. All of those steps are the real knowledge that videos like this masquerade as.
Lmaooo those guys who make the houses and swimming pools out of dirt and she’s like “wow men really live like this...” as she has hanging potted plants, painted tile floor, and a koi pond 😭
she said ✨decoration, bitch✨
We were meant to live like that. All of us. We are all either mentally overworked or bored and miserable.
Capitalism
@@cyanide5903 Exactly...greed.

You couldn't be more correct!
All misery, sickness, bulling ,hunger for power stems from exactly that!-NOT BEING ALLOWED TO LIVE LIKE WE , TRULY,WERE BORN, MEANT TO LIVE.
🙌☮️🤝🤗❤️
Actually, it all depends on your state of mind and how you choose to see things. You can live in a rich, capitalist country and still be at peace working part-time and avoid luxury, while still profiting from convenience and good medical care.

this woman is incredible, i have so much respect for her, i wish i could live like this.🙏🙏 what a life💔
Dude, she doesn’t do it, there is a team doing it purely to make money on, what your shown is small clips of her all “alone”!
@@Abboman111 I really don’t believe that at all, I’ve seen a few of her videos and it looks like she’s doing it. I can understand where you’re coming from in this day and age of fraudsters and fakers, but this girl lives in exactly the type of place where you would have to learn these kind of skills. But you’re entitled to your view, and you could be right but I’m willing to give her the benefit of the doubt after watching quite a bit of footage. Take care
@@Abboman111 and honestly, who would sit through a whole video of her building that place? Not me.
@@Sebadee80 fair enough, but it has been proven that other primitive technologie pages are 100% fake, she could be real but I seriously doubt it.

So why weren’t we taught something useful like this in school instead of subjects we never use?
IKR.
Because by us being in debt we are constrained and the hierarchy of society is maintained. Them at the top us lower down. Our whole economy is built on debt and the biggest purchase is... Google fractional reserve banking.
I actually took carpentry at votech during high school. We built an actual house and all the cabinets inside. Another class masonry bricked the house. So we do it, may just depend where you live. Oklahoma United States for me.
What subjects? Engineers use calculus and physics, vaccine-makers use statistics and probability and genetics and chemistry, writers use grammar, politicians use history, etc etc. Next time you take a flight or need a surgeon or a mobile phone remember all those subjects you don't use were used by their makers and operators.
@@misterbonzoid5623 I think that main point of what Sally Taylor meant was when she said "Subjects we never use". I don't think they meant everything in general.
Woman: Catches fish.
Me: 'She got dinner!'
Woman: Puts fish in pool.
Still dinner 😎
😂
Can you come teach my family this amazing skill? I could totally put this in my back property, unfortunately I don’t think it will work for the long wet winters in Oregon but dang! My ducks would totally love it.
The fish will be dead soon enough.
She is probably going to leave some for later and hoping they make eggs and fertilize and get more fish for another 2 weeks

I'm amazed at how strong she must be mentally, emotionally, and physically to do such an incredible job!
several survival instructors have said that determination to not quit is key, knowledge of all the natural things around you is another.
I've seen a primitive survival skills channel do it with a axe he made and a sharp rock as the bit.
She has a team of male workers which do most of the work behind the scenes, that's how these shows work...

@@batchagaloopytv5816 you must be from America they do this all the time in Africa and Asia smh.

How long do you believe it would take for a woman to build this single-handed, filming as she goes, checking footage, changing /charging batteries and SD cards, stopping to collect the camera along the way? How many trips to the river to collect 5L of water to fill a pool that size? How many trips to the termite mound? If you think you could do this as a "survival" shelter with nowhere to rest and no food, you had better hope there is a MacD and a hotel nearby. And if just one of those unattended torches falls over, its all gone ... I will give you six months! Good luck!
10:25 This is what our world has lost, summarised in 20 seconds. After she cut into the tree to use some of its sap...she didnt leave it bleeding... she went back and sealed the wound she made
And then cracked open the many cans of store bought paint that was actually used in the video.
Just because she is not wearing shoes people assume she is uneducated and primitive. This is a beautiful strong and independent woman who loves and respects the nature and challenges. She must have vast knowledge in engineering as everything is perfect and windows fit perfectly even the pool was perfect geometric shape. I am sure she had some help to dig and cut all that branches and has taken many days to finish the project. I admire her creative ideas and her courage to make such a video to encourage others. She gives hope to many people. Bravo she has my admiration.
@@Myidea4 What a great comment! Probably the best I have read so far here. I completely agree with you and the first comment.
@Vestra Watery paint... hmm. I wonder what you could add to paint to make it watery or... thinner? I don't know, I guess it must be legit then. Surely, it is far easier to mash up all the leaves necessary to create all that paint than it is to buy a few cans and dilute them, right?
Do you people have ANY critical thinking skills at all or do you just open your mouths and let the stupid run free?
@Vestra It is fuckin impossible to make a color this vibrant from a few stupid leaves...
