Until just a few decades ago, this was the way most houses in the world were built. In my country (Jamaica) it is called wattle and daub. Many people still build houses like this in other parts of the world. It is good to see the art is not lost but has been refined somewhat. It's really economical. We may need it again!

It definitely needs to change, IMHO. And change at so many levels, too. In the way people think, speak, translate (both people/interpreters and software/apps). The translations need to differentiate woman, girl, etc to the correct pronoun. This goes for man, boy, etc, also.

Civil Eng here. None of what she's doing requires engineering. She's not pumping water for miles, building 80 storey buildings, running sewer systems or building bridges.

I have a feeling it has to do with translation. We all know she is a woman, but translating into English there may be some difficulty.

It definitely needs to change, IMHO. And change at so many levels, too. In the way people think, speak, translate (both people/interpreters and software/apps). The translations need to differentiate woman, girl, etc to the correct pronoun. This goes for man, boy, etc, also.

I have week bones too, well deteriorating bones. But I enjoy watching videos like this. When I saw the bee 🐝 part I thought of the woman with the site, I think it’s called “Texas Beeworks” on UA-cam. She saves the bees. It’s a really interesting channel & her voice is so soothing & relaxing. She scoops the bees up with her hand, not wearing any glove or using smoke. She goes out & saves bees that ppl find in their sheds or trash cans or wherever they shouldn’t be.
