"im sure he pulls a lot of whatever he pulls" Yes. 100% yes. thats Jimin. Hes known as the "boy puller" and "feminine" one of the group. He has what we call "The Jimin Effect" since he can literally pull any gender. Theres many videos about it if you ever wanna check those out.
No they haven't added nor removed any members. They are like family which some time quarrels but they love each other like soulmates 😊
Though they didn't know each other before BTS. They didn't join in order. Their label wanted to create a hiphop group and had auditions. The first one joined BTS in 2010 and the latest joined in 2012.
They debuted in 2013
The group hasn't changed since they debuted, but there were changes before that.
There is a UA-cam video with a guy who did leave the group, and Supreme Boi was originally in the group, he didn't want to be an idol but BigHit kept him on the label as a producer.

The one in the clip that was a former (BTS TRAINEE) NOT a BTS member - there is a difference
They were trainees training to be apart of the group. At first it was supposed to be rap/hiphop group but the concept changed. BTS had formed the group finally after Jimin joined where they officially published photos and introduced all the members officially and that was before their debut

And about BTS members... I know that the agency BTS was affiliated with in the past was very difficult financially. Also, BTS had a lot of difficult things to think about disbanding. And I know that BTS members have not been added or left the group after their full-fledged group activities began.
But honestly, I'm not a fan enough to know the history of BTS, and I'm just a person who loves BTS' music, so I don't know well. And maybe I'm say something wrong.
So, I want tell you that... ARMYs will tell you the story very well.

Jimin is a charmer. He definitely has and androgynous vibe and he knows he can wrap anyone - male, female, stragiht or gay - around his little pinky 😄. There are literally compilation videos on YT of straight guys being completely charmed by Jimin. As for his sexual orientation, we don't know. The members keep their personal relationships personal and we as fans respect that, especially since they otherwise share such a huge portion of their lives with us. These are things they want to keep to themselves, so we have no idea.
Even BTS has compared this to Bruno... Its a compliment to them from what I understand.

BTS members that you see here are the original members since day 1. No changes in members.
They all get along very well with each other and they are such a fun and FUNNY group of guys. If you watch funniest BTS moments, you will see how hilarious they can be.
Their performance at the 2020 MMA’s was pretty outstanding

They've never had changes in the group after they debuted. That's not to say they've never fought but they were taught from the beginning by their label to face those conflicts and solve them so they wouldn't fester. There's also not much ego involved in the sense that they would be envious of other members if they get certain lines or are in the center for the dancing or something. They are very conscious of things that each member contributes to the group and are incredibly supportive of each other and ready to compliment one another if they feel they haven't done well enough or something. If maybe later on you see some of their non-music content like Run BTS or some funny moments, you might get more of a feel for how they treat each other.
Steady loving the content my guy please keep at it, you're probably making more of an impact on people's lives than you think
I feel the Official Music Video would have been much more enjoyable than this one but I still love every video. 💜 PS. Bruno Mars is awesome.

BTS' official music videos (aside from maybe the first two ones back from 2013) have close captions on the official YT channel, which is HYBE LABELS (just make sure there's a checkmark, because there are people trying to pretend they're HYBE channels to get views). For other content like Behind the Scene clips and a lot of live performances, BTS have BANGTANTV with a little music note added to it. They have subtitles for the behind the scene clips, but often not for performances.

Please abstain from "gay " comments, cause ARMY will get defensive about it. They deserve to be judged on their talent . Don’t forget they are coming from a kpop culture where colourfulness and showing affection is more prominent.

As for songs to listen to: Ddaeng, Baespae, all the Cypher songs (1-4), ON, Fire, Idol, Danger, Not Today.
There are also many SOLO songs that the boys have done, for example:
for Suga (The one in the TUNES SQUAD" shirt) He has another name by Agust'D, in his solos they are most rap and R&B. Song to listen to from him are:

So DYNAMITE (official MV) is how the general consumer gets to see BTS
DYNAMITE (B SIDE) (which was the video you watched) is how ARMY sees BTS.
All official MV's will be from HYBE or BANGTANTV (there are some fakers who try to imitate these channels) so check the channel if it doesn't have over 60 million subscribers then it is fake.
For earlier and some of the Rap Line MV's (earlier work) you can look it up or at least trust THE1K channel. An example of this is 'Rap Monster - Fantastic (Feat. Mandy Ventrice) MV'. It is available on both HYBE and THE1K but the one from HYBE does not have the captions in English. When watching videos from THE1K you should still turn on the CC button.
As for copywrite. HYBE (formerly BigHit) will give a copywrite claim(which is their right) on the videos when you react to them but they will not give you a strike or try to block you. So make sure you play the intro and you will not have to blur or distort the video.
As for how the members came together and so on I recommend 'The Most Beautiful Life Goes On: A Story of BTS (2021 Update!)' You will find it very informative and will answer at least some of your questions.
Hope this helps. And as for if any of the members are strait, gay, or anywhere in between - we really don't care. It has no effect on their skill or talent that appeals to all genders and age groups.
PS If you watch any of the Bangtan Bombs (these will show you behind the scenes and the making of videos) you can watch the earlier ones on Bangtan Subs. Again the earlier videos did not have captions and this also includes some of the dance practices such as 'GO GO dance practice' the subs help to understand what's going on before they start (lol).

We don’t actually know their sexual orientation because they have never said however a few have talked about “future girlfriends” and a few have talked about having a crush on a girl, but they were pretty close to when they debut so they decently young.
Personally I don’t think they are gay but it doesn’t really matter to me.

You should check out Hip Hop Phile, there’s a color coated video with English lyrics translated. BTS consist of 4 vocalists & 3 rappers even tho they also sing. In Hip Hop Phile you could get an idea of who the rap line was inspired by.

Not sure where is that video from but this is not the usual, official BTS MV. You do not have to blur official BTS MVs as long as you start them from the beginning and show the Big Hit intro. So this blur was pretty nasty to be fair.
Also not sure why you speculate on Jimin's sexual orientation guessing whether he is a gay or straight, what difference does it make.
