I live in Forest Acres and have been here for 48 years ! If I had to do it all over again , it would still be my first choice !

Traffic to/from all 4 cities can get crazy. Make sure you do a few test drives during peak times before deciding. That includes weekends, where it can get ridiculous.
You are absolutely right! Traffic has become an issue. Nonetheless people are willing to put up with it to live in any of those towns. How long have you been in the area?
