I don't know how I missed it but also Neurotyrant can join Zoanthropes! This is probably the second most impactful change behind the +1 strength. Giving zoeys hit on 2s and Big Guns makes them relevant in all detachments not just synaptic nexus!
@@TyranidsPlayer in the ruins and visibility section of core rules update it talk about if you're in or behind a ruin then you draw line of sight to the base to determine if you're obscured or not. Others are disagreeing with my reading of it though so maybe I'm wrong.
Try this list for Assimilation Swarm (its working great for me, play it slow/cagy with HT&swarmy and use the 4+++ strat a lot): HT w/ Instinctive Defense + 3 Tyrant Gaurd (5+++ for the activation when the Tyrant Guard die, and they are good regeneration targets) Neurotyrant w/ Biophagic Flow + 6x Zoanthropes (2s to hit in melee!) Swarmlord + 3 Tyrant Guard 10x gargoyles 2x10 hormagaunts (both gaunts are for screening/stealing objectives) biovore (spore mines trigger reclaim biomass and behind enemy lines/engage on all fronts) 2x Haruspex Lictor Neurolictor Psycophage 2x3 Pyrovore 1x1 Pyrovore 1x1 Ripper

@@silencia08 4+ is base save, 4++ is a 4 up invulnerable save, 4+++ is a 4 up feel no pain.
