Thank you very much Sir for making this video. Sir, please explain the working principle of this Inverter. Thank you very much in Advance. Keep up the Good Work. God Bless you Abundantly.
Your video is insightful. How does the the secondary of the transformers connected ? Is it series or parallel ? I am aware the primaries are connected in parallel, what is wrong if I connect the two transformers output (secondary) in parallel as well ?
Pls make a video of how to do that. I started repairing this type of inverters after i watched your video of how 3000va inverter works. But you have not explained the output section pls
Good day Dear Ahraf, on a H Bridge of power inverter, i have always mosfet 1 (high side) and mosfet 2 (low side) that burn while 4 and 3 stay ok. Please note that they burn ONLY WHEN I TURN IT OFF, when ON, all is good. When i use only 3 mosfets, none burns (1,2,3 or 2,3,4). I checked on the scope, signals are identical and voltage between gate and source are the same for low and high side. I am running out of mosfets and i would like to fix that inverter, any idea where to look at ? Thanks.
Sir thank you for this video. Please can you make a video explaining the AC hybrid circuit of this inverter. I have one that has problem with the AC side
Salam Aleikum. Very interesting topic. Can you please explain the following issues: 1- on low side often only one mosfet get hot, the other stays coo'. 2- explain to me how H Bridge works in pair with PWM. 3- Often half output voltage is obtained, not full 220vac. 4- explain what are the tasks of the LM358. 5- can you share schematic to understand where are the vo'tage checkpoints. Thank you & salam aleikum.
We appreciate your work Sir,,,,,I have a question outside this......"what does,A,B,C and D stands for in the following ICs,,,8002A,8002B,8002C and 8002D,,,and finally can I substitute let say 8002D for any of the above and so on?
@@HaseebElectronics Hello, The 8002 series is a class AB audio power amplifier designed for low power devices. The 8002(A/B/C/D or D) eg 8002A or 8002E is the skeleton part number since the other may contain the manufacturer eg MD8002A or LTK8002B.

it is output filter to smoothen the square wave (output of H-bridge). it tapers down the 90 dgree shape of the square wave into a little bit linearly rising / falling signals
"This Red and this Black wire are positive and this Red wire here is negative." The manufacturer needs to go and stand facing the corner and think about what they've done lol. 😩
some manufacturers design things without any quality standard. and it creats a big headache while repair process, if someone have faith on wire colors codes. so that headache will never be cured with any medicine because the reversed wires in the equipment will reverse the wiring of the brain 😂 😂😂 😂😂 😂😂 😂

most of time these are in series connected

What if I connect them in parallel ?
The Genius
I have this exact inverter, no AC output, 290v dc present at the capacitor and all mosfet tested good
You need to check H-BRIDGE driver ic TL494 OR KA7500
this section converts 290 dc voltage to ac
Pls make a video of how to do that. I started repairing this type of inverters after i watched your video of how 3000va inverter works. But you have not explained the output section pls

These video overlays are really distracting. Isn't there a way to delay them till the end? UA-cam is so horrible now.

i mean the iCards, which are displayed on video screen in top right corner.
