Those paintings might be by Mario Carreno. He is a known artist and his paintings are collectible and can be quite valuable. I picked up a painting very similar in style and subject matter to the ones you showed. I can’t be positive it’s the same artist . He paints in several different styles, and there are several artists with same name. But I thought I would share what very little I know😬I sent a friend who sells art a pic of my painting and he said it was worth getting it appraised. I did and sold it thru an online auction site for several thousand . I paid $12 for it. It took researching and finding a selling platform and waiting til they were auctioning some of his other pieces as well as similar style art by other known artists 7 months later. It was worth the wait😁

Wow what a beautiful Estate Sale. It’s like a museum. Definitely she or they lived life. ❤ God Bless them!! I recently went to one on the Columbia River in Wa. I had to remind myself I was there to shop. 😂. The home was breathtaking with the views. I wanted to just sit with my stuff 😂and take in the views.
hahahahaha, I don’t blame you. There have been a couple estates on Lake Michigan that I’ve caught quite a view as well. It’s very fun - at least usually. A way to see personal curated collections, which is fun. If you’re interested in what they’re into 🤣 I’m glad I randomly went to one once…and now I’m fairly hooked.
In a previous video you said , as a newish reseller you would appreciate any tips. I left you the(way too long) comment on making sure you were looking at SOLD comps🙄😬So I’ll keep this short. 🩵check sell through rates. If there are thousands listed but only 100 sales. Leave it behind,until you have an established customer base . They will buy from you regardless of how many are out there . Which leads me to another tip 🩵Get to know your audience and what they like. Then you can actually curate items that you know you have buyers for. It takes a little time to get there but you will. 🩵when you have a large grouping of something, your brass candlesticks, sell them in sets of 2 or 3. You only have to create one listing and will have multiple sales and only have put in the time creating one listing. Your time is money. Also if you have a group of say 6 items but they can do well individually sell them as singles, again one listing and six sales. And you are not turning of customers who might only want one but still offering them if someone want’s multiple. You want to appeal to everyone.You can check the sold comps and sell through rates to see if something will sell well as a single.😁 Keep going, 👍🏻 doing great😊 So much for me keeping it short😂

*Swoon!* Love all that glass!! I get a little crazy at estate sales and online auctions, my husband knows me all too well and says, "Brittany, only get what you need, not want and don't act on emotions" lol Also, your rocking the new haircut!
It was pretty amazing wasn’t it?! If we only got what we needed, we’d probably leave empty handed every time 🤪 Mine thinks the same…we are who we are, but I’m glad I have him to keep me in check as well. Double edged sword 😂 And thank you! My twins were pulling the locks, so I chopped it 💇🏻♀️ I’m liking it too 😃
Yes, I've been doing the same with collecting things in preparation for opening YT/Etsy, and run into bags of things I totally forgot I bought. And trying to go back and do videos so many weeks later is hard. You are doing awesome staying on track and being committed!!!! 🎉
It is a challenge! 😂 I guess I’m chaotically “organized” if that makes sense. My husband probably begs to differ 😳☺️🤷🏻♀️ Hope all is going well as you prepare, but one day, remember to just do it!
Thanks for the encouragement. I ended up sick and down for the count last week. I still haven't published anything but last night I did finally figure out a name (so many are taken, it's quite a challenge) and get the UA-cam channel, etsy store and email address, so that felt like a fairly large hurtle accomplished, lol. Mad respect for you getting it done and out there! I try to do at least 'something ' done every evening after work. Running into all the same battles as you with the items throughout my house, etc, etc. 😂 As you figure things out, I'd love to hear that too. 😊. I hope your week is fabulous!
That was incredible Estate Sale, those people had so similar taste to mine. I would have been in trouble there...that art glass collection was incredible and ceramic tea pots. Thanks for sharing!
True…but I’ve had several lackluster experiences on there 😏 However, about the same number of good experiences too. Great idea though for moving larger items. Thank you!

I soak my linens and vintage clothes in Retro Clean. Works great to get out old stains and dirt.
That solves it then…I’m going to give it a go with some linens I have including that napkin! Thank you!
