@@TanTanbottom I see. A tip I have is to start watching tutorial series that last ~10 or more hours, once you get into the habit of that your experience will grow far faster and you will be far less likely to fall in to the trap of making scenes that look like everybody else's

When i add the Ico Sphere in Blender 3.5 i cant use the Subdivision in the bottom left corner, its shows but cant change it. Do you know how to fix the issue?
Can you change the face shape to not be a sphere? Like more realistic? I've tried doing this with a subdivided square, and it really only allows me to edit around 4 vertices.

all you need for sculpting is a good pc and a drawing tablet helps a lot
Start off with a low poly model then I crease your poly when you already start modeling the face
