- I love flowers... it’s my weakness. Hand me flowers and I’ll forgive you for sharing my food!
Arranging them around my house gives me a sense of calm and creative excitement at the same time. And the way my home smells after… oof!
So come with me and my bud as we stroll along the Dadar flower Mandi and pick up some blooms and head over home to set them up!

I always add a little water in the vase and add a tbs of sugar. Keeps the flowers fresh for a long time.

Mira, i usually fill quarter vase with water/ wet sponge and add flower food to keep flower fresh for longer time

One thing which I noticed is that you have not added water to any of them.
Also, one tip. To keep your flowers long lasting, add crocin to it.
She said in the end that" I have to put water in 🏺 they are empty"👍

Hi Mira, Thank you for sharing this video. I like the way you put all kind of flowers, some are beautiful, some are colorful, some are divine, some are aromatic, some are wild and some are adding textures. Orchids also add good colors to the home. Would love to see such more videos❤
Loved the video Mira ❤. One tip would be, use pruners instead of scissors for cutting off the stems of the flowers. It gets the job done easily.

You must must must use rajnigandha ( tuberose) in your arrangements too .
They smell divine and also have great length . Plus are totally inexpensive.
I have grown them too . They are used in many perfumes. I find their fragrance even better than mogra .

We would go to pick up wild flowers in the forest during spring and decorate our home. This year I didn't get a chance because I was too occupied with my job. But this video is a reminder as the desert is in bloom now and I am must for a hike and pick some different new flowers that I have never picked before.

Rajnigandhas are actually very popular amongst delhiites.They have a very lovely smell and are very cheap .You may like to keep them in your bedroom :)

How dumb. My Mum has a garden where she grows flowers and plants all by herself. Mira just bought them and arranging them in vases that too without water lol. You’re supposed to add water to the vases. Also, why don’t you talk about flower arrangement technicalities. Just putting the flowers on a vase is not called flower arrangement.

Good job in arranging! I am not sure if you any chemical to keep flowers for little longer. My favorite is peony and hydrangea. For tall vase you can do gladiolus too. I normally plant my own flowers and then use .. it’s even more beautiful feeling when you grow them ❤
