@@reflexedrose1879 the round version is the most popular 😀 yes, we have a number of videos showing this technique - mainly round versions and a flat arranged handtie that is aqua packed as well - just have a nosey in our playlists 😀🙋🏼♂️😊
Beautiful arrangement. I own a florist in Southeast Arkansas in the United States and mixed flowers in a vase in an all year round favorite. Roses arranged in a vase are still number one for Valentine’s Day.
Thank you! 😀 it’s actually the best for the flowers - they are direct into water and not damaged in any way, so a good choice for customers. Hope you are Bettina ready for Valentines 💕💕💕
This is why you are the best for tutorials... I am almost embarrassed to say I have NEVER thought of building structure for my vases of flowers in the home 😱🤪. I’ve always used greenery but obviously never enough to create such a Professional look. And the tip for making on one and transferring to final clean water is one I will continue to use. As always, Thank you
Spring is coming soon and I want to make my apartment smells good and looks lovely. Flowers do make my mood better ❤ Thank you for the video. I really want to learn to arrange flowers in vase.
Oh my God this is one of the best flowers arrangements I have ever seen .....u worked so neat !!!!! It's glamour , elegant , fresh and beautiful flowers .....I really learned more from u watching the video ...... wowwwwwwww 🙊 amazing !!!!!! So pretty and elegant vase put together !!!!!!!
Dear John, Writing you from Metairie, Louisiana in U.S. Just loved the mixed arrangement in the vase. Loved it. Please do more of these. I watch all your videos. Thanks.
Hands down one of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen, you managed to make it look so effortless but also structured at the same time. The colours are perfect and compliment each other perfectly. Really enjoyed this video thank you so much xxx
my dearest Mr. MacDonald, thank you so much for your wonderful tutorials! I find each one to be educational, entertaining, and inspiring. and I appreciate your kind manner and the way to treat each flower with respect. here is my request, or challenge if you prefer; I'd love to see you make an arrangement with only flowers. by that I mean no branches, leaves, or fillers. no wax flower or dusty miller or even grasses. I'm very excited to see what you design because I know it will be brilliant! thank you for your time. mt p.s. my favorite design is the summer arrangement you made with poppies, astilbe, and hydrangeas. I think I've watched that video 20 times! love, love, love it!!! mt
Michelle Taghioff hello and thank you for the lovely comments and feedback. Now that is a good idea for a design. I shall get my thinking cap on and see what to come up with. Thank you for watching 😀
Rachel Riley ok - we tend to order a lot online - but we get to a flower market now and again, and we also have a Flying Dutchman van, so maybe we could get a tour of those.
Very very beautiful ! Thank you for fulfilling my request for a vase arrangement. After I design a vase arrangement I often place river rocks or colored pebbles at the bottom of the vase to disguise the stems or after arranging the flowers in the vase i bundle the bouquet in my hand removing it from the vase wrapping a large aspidistra leaf around the stems then placing the bouquet in an empty vase then filling with water which makes the leaf adhere to the vase disguising the stems. Tip....the combination of the river rocks & the aspidistra leaf makes for a very beautiful vase arrangement as well. Again thank for sharing this wonderful tutorial, flowers always soothes the mind, body & soul! 👍🌹🌿
Beautiful Great those are good suggestions! We used to add some stones but have fallen out of that habit. The leaf at a binding point is a good idea as well. Flowers arranged in water are always the best for lasting - so a good design to know how to make.
Flower Joos thank you, I love your work. You make it looks so easy. I. Learning so much from your designs. Also, I admire that you did not use leather leaf/ferns in this vase arrangement. I'm not a fan of the leather leaf/fern. My fav greens are ruscus, euc, myrtle. I just love all premium flowers & greens. Thanks again....waiting for your next video. Send my hellos to everyone there... from:Florida, USA ⚘👍
Wonderful tutorial, I’m intrigued this is common in America and not so much in England. I have always assumed that was common everywhere. Thanks for the tutorial!
John, your arrangements are so diverse. Salal sets the stage perfectly! I am a huge fan of hypericum & Craspedia so I love that. Even though they are 'fillers' they add texture & whimsy. I don't think I've ever seen green carnations (except the cheesy dyed ones on St. Pat's day). I like carnations mostly for their subtle perfume but they fill out any bouquet. This is exceptional, as always. Thank you for sharing your talent.
tess. oh thank you! Yes, craspedia is definately a favourite of mine - it really adds a highlight into designs. Thank you for the lovely feedback! Stay safe 😀🙋🏼♂️🌼

I didn’t know a vase of flowers wasn’t common in other countries. Great arrangement.
Yes, but with relay orders it has been introduced, the hand tied bouquet gift wrapped is the most popular here in Britain. 🙋🏼♂️😀
