While I love to meet people and invite them, I always feel overwhelmed inviting someone over. The whole idea of cleaning, cooking, presenting and entertaining them makes me nervous… this was such a pleasant video to watch… so calming.. wish I get into zen mode before parties like you do.
Sometimes the host feels like they have too much on their plate due to hosting. I've been there and done that, and I have to say that it was only through repeated attempts that I finally began to feel at ease with the situation, to the point where it's now more exciting than terrifying.
