I think Rusty And The Boulder was always meant to be the last episode, as the original air order was that was around. I prefer it that way too.
I think there’s one thing I wanted to point out, is on the complete 4th series VHS, in the inside of the case. The episode Rusty to The Rescue descriptions that Rusty got advice from Oliver when it was really Douglas.

Interestingly the cover of Chases, Races and Runaways has a picture from "Off the rails" on the front cover but that episode isn't on the tape.
I think the text on the back of the S1 releases was the same for all of them. That same text also appears on the back of the first Guild Home Video release (aka Cassette 1) despite Percy and Toby not featuring in that.

Now that U mention it? I have a Thomas get Tricked DVD which showed Thomas and the Jet Engine next to a castle.
The complete series DVDs usually show the episodes in production order. Snow is the 25th episode of Series 5 if you go by production order, and Rusty and the Boulder is the Series 5 finale.
And the reason they, to quote him, "gave up" after season 7 is, for the first 6 seasons, the production order was almost identical to the air order, with just a couple minor changes here and there, whereas season 7 onwards, the episodes were seemingly produced in a random order

The Thomas' Train spelling error actually affected my grammar as a child. I had no idea how to properly spell a possessive Thomas until about 7.

I agree with you on the Chases Races and Runaways Goof, it should of only had episodes to do with the title

See, I'd say the episode order probably shouldn't matter, but then again, I made a massive deal out of the episode arrangement in Biggest Party Video Ever, so what do I know?
Also, I can't help but be interested in that next review. Hopefully it's a good one...

There is a another goof where on the series 1 vhs on the top right corner of the front and the side it says over 120 minutes when it has a runtime of 144 minutes

There is a goof on the DVD version of Seasonal Scrapes, in particular, The Flying Kipper, which is out of sync, compared to the VHS, which doesn’t have this error. A few other releases, British or not, also have similar situations.
A reason for Seasonal Scrapes in particular, is due to the first few seconds of the intro being cut off, which is a little off-putting, but other than that, Seasonal Scrapes is a very good release.

7:13-7:16 Oh my god! That is so annoying! Not only that..... the Milkshake! presenters call Thomas, You're the Leader! that title as well.
A few goofs for Thomas's Train and other stories:
1 The back says that all episodes have been released, except Thomas's Train and Bowled Out.
2 The front cover image is from Saved From Scrap which isn't on this VHS. It should have used an image of Thomas's Train which would make more sense as the original first season VHS's did.
3 Bowled Out says that Daisy is ill, but she isn't seen in the episode. Was she in the book version of the story hence the description?
Its actually grammatically correct to spell out, "Thomas' Train" or "Thomas' Train".
The former is the older way. While the latter is the more modern way. So technically that isn't really a goof.
But besides that, this video was cool to watch to see all the whacky errors they made.

6:24 A similar thing happening on the original Strand Home Video version of "Percy's Ghostly Trick & Other Stories" from 1994, the front of the cover showed a scene from "A Scarf For Percy" and on the back it showed a scene from "Henry's Forest", neither of which were on the tape. This was only half fixed on the on the 1996 reprint by Anchor Bay. The front still had "A Scarf For Percy", but the back showed a repainted Oliver from "Escape".

I used to enjoy spotting these even professionals get it wrong.
8:02 To be fair though, i am pretty sure some other Thomas DVDS/VHS Did the same thing to with putting episodes that aren't even on the DVD/VHS

On chases races and runaways on the front it has Thomas comes to breakfast off the rails make someone happy Thomas gets bumped Although none of them are on the episode tables of the back of the VHS
