Once she knew he was dead she was at peace because she knew where he was at all times and that he'd never be with another woman. The intensity of her jealousy and obsession was far deeper than her fear of going to jail.
I cannot stand this woman..I don't think anyone could ever love Jodi as much as Jodi does.

      Rocket Queen.. hey✌👋
Great statement, brilliant all around, going to screen shot what you stated.
      Agreed.
      On your last point..
However in deeper studies of narcissism the narc actually hates themselves.
So much that they kill off their true self. Then narc creates a false self.
      But check this one out..
They mirror their target of abuse and actually shape shift...become the target, essentially the target falls in love w themselves and to the target it feels like the target has met their soul mate.
So to replay that... the narc becomes the target, also called "mirroring" becoming a reflection of the target. So the target is actually the one who falls in love with themselves.
Dr. Ramani gives a explanation that w more modern studies of N, the common statement of a narc loving themselves is not how it actually is.
But you are correct in a sense of a narc having zero empathy for others and just being all for themselves... so yeah they are all about only for themselve.

It really annoys me that stalking is still not taken seriously, the victim is just told to keep a record of what the stalker is doing but nothing really gets done, it’s only when the victim is seriously injured or killed that something happens. 🙄

Absolutely. But if you do seek help the first thing you’ll be told is to end all contact. Don’t respond, don’t send back gifts. Keep a journal of everything.
In this case, he not only kept contact but he kept sleeping with her. That’s not to blame him, but it does encourage a stalker & give them hope. If stalking were taken more seriously in general he might have known the danger he was facing.

Coercive control is a criminal offence now in Australia… you keep records of all phone conversations, text messages, stalking etc … report to the domestic violence authorities and police department who will take an avo out on your x partner on your behalf.

@@ednaceola7876 I think many men don’t report female stalkers. Women are still not considered dangerous to men.
In addition, look at the domestic violence expert from the defence, she literally ignored Jodi’s stalker behavior completely! But had no issue claiming she’s a battered woman and that Travis was abusing her, based on zero evidence. While the evidence against Jodi is insane!

Good, bad, or indifferent it's something I've always had as long as I remember. So to break up the monotony of watching the same shows and cases when UA-cam came along I would watch some shows from the u.k. and other places as well. I can't tell you why? But without fail any time I seen Emma Kenny I would smile. So seeing her here giving her real insight & true thoughts without network fluff or holding back what she truly like to say without them editing to show whatever they want to be more dramatic and giving you the info so you will see someone who guilty or innocent as THEY think... I love it!!! Even when people suggest and she covers the cases that have been done by every crime programs or UA-cam channels. I still find myself watching instead of skipping. I can guarantee with the in-depth research I'll defiantly will learn something new or think about things in a different way... So there's my novel of a post. I saw a clip from her father's interview with the detective, and he says that they caught her growing marijuana in her bedroom when she was 14. After that she seemed to see her parents as enemies, and after that, she just always lied to them. They could never believe anything anything she told them. Her own father straight up told the police she is a pathological liar!!! Also, none of her family testified for her, no friends, nothing. Even after she had been convicted and it was basically just begging for her life! She claimed that was a defense decision, which makes absolutely NO sense!
She also never turned down any interview requests. That she gave an interview like an hour after she was found guilty of premeditated murder is shocking. She basically went straight from hearing the verdict, back to the jail, and straight to an interview. She was ALWAYS concerned mainly with appearances too. Absolutely Bonkers!

Thank you Emma for talking us through another fascinating case and for really delving deep into the psyche of Jodi Arias- I can't even begin to imagine what it must have been like for Travis' family having to sit through the court proceedings and having to listen their loved ones character being assassinated in that way. The way that she was also willing to throw her own family under the bus speaks volumes. Let's hope that she does spend the rest of her days in prison and that she is denied the attention that she seems to so desperately crave. There is a real ugliness about her character and something very frightening about her ability to lie in the way that she has done. The photos of Travis' body are horrifying- nobody deserves to die in those circumstances.

EXACTLY! I’ve always said that Jodi was the Devil in disguise who tempted Travis, and ultimately took his life bc if Jodi couldn’t have him… then she wasn’t going to allow any woman to have him. Very sick. I wish she would’ve gotten the DP but unfortunately ONE juror held up all the other 11 jurors. Sad. And you’re right. Not only did Jodi literally make his life a living Hell before she ki*led him, she them took his life in the most brutal way ever, and then she ruined all he had left in Court. She LIED and tried her best to ruin Travis’s reputation, memory, dignity, ect. It’s so disgusting! She’s literally the Devil herself!

The latter helps to lighten the harrowing nature of these heart-breaking and vile nature of these crimes somewhat. I have been binge-watching a lot of your videos as I find true crime truly fascinating - especially since they are being relayed by the skilled and qualified person that you are. This helps a lot being a trainee counsellor, the clarity you bring is so valuable in understanding further how the human mind can work, you make so much sense. Thank you so much Emma.

I've just watched another outstanding piece of work Em :) xx
You manage to take complex cases, many of which can be extremely sensitive and produce something that keeps myself and thousands of others glued to our screens. (on this occasion for over 90 minutes). It's an amazing achievement hun!
I love how you break everything down in your own inimitable style by telling us how it all began, how their paths crossed and where it all started to go wrong. You take us through the actual crime(s) themselves in great detail, which i feel is necessary as it shows the true gravity and depravity of what human beings are capable of, then finally right through to the trial and sentencing of these people.......all done with a sprinkling of personal anecdotes and humour. I love it, it's the perfect recipe :)
I'm fairly seasoned in true crime and was a serving prison officer for 25 years, but even for those new to true crime it ticks all the boxes. Your channel, in my opinion is the bet out there both online and on TV..........You're also very nice to look at too Em, which is an added bonus for me lol ;D
When your tour of the country starts, i so hope you come to Cardiff or South Wales because i'll be first in the queue for a ticket that's for sure.
Anyway, keep up the excellent work Emma Kenny :) I can imagine all the hard work that goes into producing these videos and so appreciate it.
    See you soon :) xxx

Riveting breakdown Emma, so much already out there but you have explored the psycho sexual relationship aspects in a way that is very relatable. I see Arias as a vindictive erotomaniac stalker who, once rejection has finally been internalised must anhilate the object. All of her prior, elaborate manipulations and mechanics to entrap Travis into a primary relationship were then turned to orchestrating his death.
