Here is the prompt! Make sure to watch the video for more details.
Make a Pokémon that matches _two_ of the following Pokédex entries:
1. "These Pokémon make their homes in piles of scrap metal."
2. "When excited, it discharges the energy it has stored in its belly, then lets out a great, uproarious laugh."
3. "It's drowsy in daytime, but flies off in the evening in big groups. No one knows where they go."
I initially read the submission date of this wrong, so I could probably whip up something before the deadline! Looking forward to seeing what people submit!

For the transparent PNG, can it show the Pokemon in different poses/angles or performing different actions (e.g. showing how the design relates to the prompt)? Basically like a transparent model sheet
Or does it have to just be one single picture of the Pokemon
Good question! Even though you are not submitting a Pokédex screen, they will be presented in a layout like that. If posing is important, I think you can reasonably fit two or maybe even three poses, but not a full character sheet. That would look cluttered and possibly too small on some screens.

If you can extract the drawing to have a transparent background (plenty of free software that can do that), then you can submit it using the form in the description, which is ideal because it will be formatted the same as everyone else's. If, for some reason, you can't make a transparent PNG, DM me and we'll work it out :)

Are fanon types allowed? Light/Sound/etc?
No, as you'll see in the submission form, only the official types are listed. If you want to, you could give it fan types for your own purposes but stick to the official ones for the submission. Thanks for asking!

Can I submit two forms or should the art only be one
You can only submit one Pokémon design and only one file. If the Pokémon design involves multiple forms (for example, Aegislash or Morpeko), you can include both in the same image. Things like regional forms or Mega evolutions would not count as a single Pokémon design.
Can we add onto the Pokedex entries?
Yes! The submission form requires that you identify which Pokédex entries you chose, but it also has a field for giving more information. So while you can't _modify_ the prompt dex entries, you can absolutely add other elements and tell us about them.

Q: Can I add some explanations behind the Fakemon's name and design elements? I think it'd be super helpful to clear out any confusion and misunderstanding on that part
Yes! The submission form has a field for you to tell us more about your fakemon. It doesn't give a ton of room (we don't want to be reading pages and pages of explanations when evaluating the submissions) but it should be enough to give us the essentials.

You can only select one file, so pick one and go with it!

By “category” do you mean which 2 of the 3 prompts?
Category is the name for the one- or two-word description that typically appears below the Pokémon name, like “Mouse Pokémon.”
