@@colonialairstream it truly is great! Airstream should implement these on higher-end models either as an option pack or standard (on the classic, for example, since that's the flagship). Extra amenities that aid liability / usability never go out of style and demand.

Not quite. I lived in Las Vegas for 3 years. That’s definitely where dreams go to die for many. I should have said our property was purchased 15 years ago in the upper Midwest. Wooded lot, house and spacious outbuildings all less than 15 years old. Surrounded by farms and lakes. At that time I was looking at expensive new Airstreams and decided to get out of the city and invest in my future instead. So glad I did. Couldn’t have dreamt of a better outcome.

Impressive overview, no one does these as well as you do Patrick! 👍🏽 Airstream STILL has exposed dump valves though, yikes! That makes this a 3 season trailer unfortunately. 😢
@@colonialairstream - In my old 23FB I experienced an unexpected hard freeze, and the exposed piped below the RV froze. Took relocating and a lot of patience for them to unfreeze.
Thanks for the video. I love Airstream Trailers nice to see they are adding features important to me. First condenser refrigerators now lithium batteries with large inverters.
Catch your breath, lad. Finally a decent solar / battery / inverter system! Glad to see a departure from Dometic appliances, especially the refrigerator. Beyond that, nothing over our 2015 FC 28 (after my lift and power upgrades).

The air conditioning can be run on the batteries for an average of 8 hours overnight. The battery usage would vary if not using the air conditioning, it can be a few days to a few weeks deepening on your power usage.
This be a super nice way to see Canada Yukon & Alaska I could camp in comble heated insides cooking in bad Werther days have the back hatch open looking at some amazing camp sites towing with a Ford F150 Tremor & Airstream Tradewinds 25FB
Great tour as usual Patrick! Noticed the new door latch. Has there been numerous problems with the door latch? I ask this because we just purchased a 2023 25’ FCTB in May and the door latch has locked on us (thank goodness at the storage unit) took brut strength to get the key to halfway turn and pull on the latch. We’ve only taken her out 3 times and this happened on our last time out.
Terrific presentation. Feature rich interior. Heated tanks. Beautiful decor. Could have given aggregate price including all the upgrades. ... 😊just for fun.
Is any Front bunk option coming with the twin bed configuration? With the batteries in the back, is it safe to say this hitch weight won't be as high as the Flying Cloud FB? Love this one - I hope it's yes to both questions and then I'll start saving! haha
Thank you Mr. Patrick! Awesome as always! One question: Does the AC have soft start? Being everything can run on batteries, will there be an option for a second ac? Just wonder... Thanks Brother!
I was exited at watching a new model from Airstream Tradewind, but seeing it, well not a huge change from what is already out there, Airstream is a bit conservative, I think if they did sell a Model like the Airstream in europe International 25 IB that flour plan was awsome and new, you can watch this on one of the videos coming out from the Dusseldorf Caravan salon 2023, maybe one day this will come here.
For what Airstream charges, they should at least provide stainless exterior covers instead of the cheap plastic. At least they ditched the crappy power awning and stuck with the reliable manual awning.
I understand the want for mega batteries/solar if you boondock. OK. But it likely cant run the AC for long, so if I need to plug in anyway, whats the point? I guess as they say, some like it hot.
@@mfhairstream6812 I just went to the Airstream website and it looks like the lithium package is included in the price. The only options they offer for this model is a composting toilet - $1,000, convection microwave - $475, Custom Aluminum Rear Hatch with Sliding Screen - $7,500, and ZipDee Rear & Roadside Window Awning - $2,000.
Don’t fully get the solar want. Its not for me. In saying that its a very nice trailer for those that are looking for solar solar 🤷♀️ Love the hatch. But Ill stick with the globetrotter for now 😀
How can you not understand the solar. It's power gen from the sun. Silent, unlike generator, always on (don't have to start like a generator). Solar is the future for all RV and Marine
I don’t understand why airstreams don’t come standard with auto leveling and automatic awnings!!! Seriously, at this price range it would seem to me that it would be a no brainer. One of the many reasons why I would NEVER purchase an airstream.

Why the manual awning, is there a option for a power awning
Not an option.
How long can the AC be utilized with that many lithium batteries? And if you need not use the AC how long can one boondock approximately??

I wounder how big of trailer my Ford f150 with 350v8 would pull without any problem?
There are many variables. Please refer to the Ford towing guides that are available online.
Anything even close to the size of this thing and you'll want a 3/4 ton truck for the heavier frame, suspension and rear end. HP is not the problem.
