I thank you so much these videos are wonderful and I need to be shown much better than a book for me thank you. I know many like the Cook books but it’s like being in the kitchen with you and I am a hands on person so yea for these wonderful excellent videos
I LOVE watching these videos. Thank you so much for posting and showing us all how to cook our favorite dishes. Even though I can cook these, I can't help but go for takeout anyway from my favorite Chinese restaurants! :D
Looks good. Good to see you used hoisin, since most people don't (the chinese restaurant by my house does...and uses green pepper, zucchini and carrots as the vegetables).
This is excellent, I've made it five times now. I use beef flap, but skirt would be just as good. I also add a large amount of homemade chili oil since I like this very spicy. Thanks for posting this, I'd been looking ages for a recipe that replicated the style of take-out I was used to on the west coast.
I love Asian cooking very tasty and fast no mucking around. Thanks very much for sharing, l learn a lot from people like this. It’s very much appreciated. Wow that dish looks delicious 😋 Thanks
I make my own kepanick sauce...same sauce used at panda express for their Shanghai angus beef with chow mein...yum Its made with soy sauce...brown sygar....rice wine vinegar....wostershire sauce....and corn starch in cold water muxture to thicken...
Wow, that looks really good. I'm glad I found this video. I've been trying to simulate the real Chinese takeout flavor of Mongolian beef at home. The main thing I wasn't doing was frying the meat first, so I should get better results now.
All your cooking are 😋😋😋 I will love to see the Chinese egg plant with garlic either with meat or with out this is one of my also favorite dish 👍 Hope I will see that very soon thank you
Great video, I'm looking forward to trying these recipes. Could you please include the recipe with all the ingredients in the info space below your videos. Cheers. That will definitely get people to keep watching and it will help a lot. Thanks

Sue and Gambo Thank you! This makes more sense:) sometimes the chef is hard to understand. It’s difficult to follow his descriptions. This way we have it written and makes a big difference. Again, thank you for these great and simplified dishes.
I love your channel. You taught me so much. Actually it's the first time my beef isn't chewy. Is there a way to make donations to your channel ? To tio the great chef. Your recipes are delicious
Some video chefs don't use plastic gloves when preparing foods making me wonder if they've "washed their hands after a bathroom piss or dump and wipe," Sue and Gambo gets my "subscribe" for recipe AND cleanliness😘
And uses gloved hand on everything, cross contaminating every utensil, bottle, jar, and surface as he moves happily around his kitchen. No thanks. Authentic doesn't mean disregarding the simplest of food safety rules.
My favorite east asian dish is Mongolian beef/chicken, you make it look so easy but I am never sure exactly which sauces you add to this. You have hoisin, soy, hot red chilli, sugar, vinagar, cooking wine, and what else? Thanks.
Wanted high carbon steel non-coated wok like the ones Gambo uses. Found high carbon flat bottom (works on my gas stove) 14” wok at Walmart with riveted handles for $17, have had it for several months and love it. keep it lightly oiled after washing..
I learn so much from watching these cooking videos. My family just love what I make.

What is the dark sauce the chef added right after the hot pepper sauce?
Hi, you can use any soy sauce, but he uses "Koon Chun Double Black Soy Sauce"

The sauce he adds after the peppers is Hoisin sauce.
