Looks good. Good to see you used hoisin, since most people don't (the chinese restaurant by my house does...and uses green pepper, zucchini and carrots as the vegetables).

This is excellent, I've made it five times now. I use beef flap, but skirt would be just as good. I also add a large amount of homemade chili oil since I like this very spicy. Thanks for posting this, I'd been looking ages for a recipe that replicated the style of take-out I was used to on the west coast.

Hi Tim, we're working on providing the written recipes on our website for everybody, but our website is still in progress sueandgambo.com . We do have this recipe written already:
      Mongolian Beef
      Stir-Fry
      Ingredients
      1/2 lb Sliced Beef
      1 pinch salt
      1 Teaspoon sesame seed oil
      1 pinch white pepper
      2.5 Tablespoon corn starch
      1/2 egg white
      1 Teaspoon ginger
      1 Teaspoon garlic
      1 Cups white onions
      1 Cups green onions
      1 spoon soy sauce
1 Cup water + 2 Tablespoons of water
      1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
      1 Teaspoon hot pepper sauce
      1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
      1 Tablespoon vinegar
      1 Tablespoon sherry cooking wine
      1 Tablespoon sugar
      Directions:
Step 1 - Marinating the Beef
      - In a bowl add sliced beef, salt, sesame seed oil, white pepper, egg white, 1.5 Tablespoons of corn starch, 1 Tablespoon oil, and mix together well.
      Step 2 - Stir-Fry
      - Add 2 Tablespoons of oil and the beef to your wok. Cook on high heat until the beef is medium cooked
      - Set the beef aside.
      - In a wok add 2 Tablespoon of oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, white onions, white onions, and stir-fry for several seconds.
      - Next add the beef, green onions, and soy sauce.
      - To make the sauce, add 1 Cup water, oyster sauce, hot pepper sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, sherry cooking wine, and sugar.
      - To thicken the sauce, whisk together 1 Tablespoon of corn starch and 2 Tablespoon of water in a bowl and slowly add to your stir-fry until it's the right thickness.
