I'm Thai. I swear that Thailand's real estate surpasses that of many other countries. (With the quality of the condo) that has everything ready and cheap. You will never find a condo like this in America for 440$/month) Even in Asia like Singapore, Japan, Korea, China, you can't find anything like this. I'm not kidding. The condo you see in this clip It is considered a normal grade for Bangkok. We also have condos with more luxurious amenities than many hotels in Bangkok, such as condos with home theater rooms. Cold/hot stream room/steam system/onsen room/private music room/movie theater room/luxury swimming pool with jacuzzi/yoga room/boxing room/indoor sports room /PS5 game room and many more that you might be shocked at There are condos that are ready like this. at a lower price European zone and leading countries in Asia...Condo prices are considered cheap or expensive only in certain areas of Bangkok such as / Sukhumvit / Ekkamai / Thonglor / Silom / Lang Suan (the city center is a business district with many luxury shopping malls, clubs, bars and upscale restaurants, and it is expensive. Land in Bangkok ) Of course, the price of the room you will pay. Monthly rent will be expensive if there is a BTS/MRT passing in front of the condo. Ready to walk into a luxury department store in Bangkok easily, there will be a high price as well. But if you move a little further to the outer zone, the price will be cheaper, but it's still a condo that has everything.
Of course, if you can work online. and with wages at the US rate You can get a penthouse at a price you've never seen in America, Europe or top Asian countries. Due to factors The cost of living in the country is cheap and it is a popular destination for tourists all over the world. You can travel north and south of the country with many transportation options. It only takes 2 hours to fly by plane. Hope you are happy with your trip. And discover the joy of expanding your worldview by traveling...Thailand. It may not be the richest or best country. But Thai people are very friendly to tourists. Just stay in Thailand and respect Thai culture. We can all live together if we respect each other. (Recently, there was news that tourists attacked Thai police just for asking to search them.) There is a vast abundance of vacant condos, apartments and hotels in Thailand. If the west decided to build, bypass building zoning and regulation, and cut property taxes, we would have similar innovation, and affordable luxuries.

Bangkok has less of those alcoholic nightlife (still exist maybe more compared ti Cebu but the ratio and the odds to meet those streets are less cinsidering the fact bangkok is way bigger) so you have more to choose if it isnt your style. 😊
But if youre those sea guy with absolute nigutlife Cebu would be more optimistic for you

Beautiful thing about here is that you can pick and choose your luxury . If you want cheap you can get cheap if you want really nice luxury you can also get that. Depending on what area you’re located. All ranges from 10k to 200k baht it’s here .

I would definitely be buying a crock pot when I get there,buy a roast or London broil at the market,and your spices of choice ,ad carrots and red potatoes. Go out enjoy the day ,when you come home dinner is served. Put the pot in the refrigerator for a few days scoop out and microwave until gone

Was in Bangkok recently (likely why your video was recommended to me), and something made me feel deep down Bangkok and the surrounding ASEAN region is the future. It was felt like I was in the center of asia. Culture, nature, technology, food, diversity, hospitality, freedom, tolerance of the people, so much going for it. Can’t wait to go back. The vibe is like “Lemuria” with technology. Down to earth people. After returning to California it felt like everyone was a zombie and the economy is stagnant.
Thailand made me proud to be human and taught me to just get along with everyone and stop complaining. Americans need to travel more. America is already developed and we should be grateful for it.

I was just in Thailand for a month, and considering traveling back for 6 months to check out if I could live there for a longer period. The only issue is finding a remote job and do a career change. What are the most common vocations for foreigners in Thailand? The condo seems like crazy value for money, will def check it out. Thanks for the video!

Congrats on the condo. Looks like an awesome location, with amazing amenities. If you were to rent a place like this in a big US city such as NY or SF, it would come with less amenities and the HOA alone would cost you $600-1k/mo. You're living my dream life and I hope to join you in 5 years.

I set up shop in Malaysia KL. Much bigger apartments with similar amenities. But much more low key and family oriented than Thailand.
Although anytime I want I can take a short flight for more "fun".

That's all great but it's WAY to hot to do any physical activity outside during the day by 34-38 degrees celcius
I'm going to have to look into this building first when I move there. Hoop court is essential and I haven't seen that in any other condo tours or anyone's channel.
There’s definitely other projects that offer a basketball court if you look around but yea it’s definitely not a super common amenity

I lived near there 3 years ago, at IDEO Sukhumvit 93, the Bang Chak BTS station is just in front. But IDEO S-93's common areas aren't the good match to your condo's. Only one thing which can beat yours is Fitness room. 🙂
I went to True Digital Park from time to time, as I preferred Tesco & Century at On-Nut BTS station. 🙂
I've imagined that, you were using a mini camera drone to follow you everywhere around condo's common areas (as you didn't hold camera)... 🤣

There is a running track on the 3rd or 4th floor of the digital park. It closes at 10PM if I remember it correctly. The new Whizdom condo is really nice with great amenity. I toured there before.

In Bangkok has plenty of good condominiums in many area that will cost you at low price ,need not to pay high because if you live in condominium in suburb area, you can travel very easy by skytrain or subway.
