~Ingredients per serving~
70 g spaghettini
120 g mushrooms of your choice
A clove of garlic
3 shiso leaves
(4 g Italian parsley if you don't have shiso leaves)
100cc water
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin (sweet cooking sake)
1 tsp granulated bonito stock
Salt to taste
15 g butter
A dash of chopped nori (dried laver)
1 tbsp. EX olive oil
