IT'S CALLED "HINDU" push-ups ...what an AMERICAN.....
It's not baby making push-up IT'S RAM MURTI DAND (PUSH-UP).
THERE ARE 12 TYPES OF DAND (PUSH-UP) IN INDIAN ANCIENT EXERCISES.
Indian tradional pushup
Stop making such ridiculous names . It's RAMMURTHI DAND OR RAMMURTI push-ups. Indians have been practicing it for generations and there is no downward dog or upward dog. It's just PARVATASAN AND BHUJANGASAN.......you can't just make everything American just by changing its name.
You do pushup and don't know it's real name it is RAM MURTI PUSHUP. Name after Indian strong man Professor Ram murti Naidu. Google who was professor Ram murti
