That’s truth especially when it comes to the dumbest of things, crying over not saving some racist humans, but yeah it’s totally the doctor when he saves humans despite there chaotic and savage ways and he doesn’t do it for them he does it because it’s the right thing, heck even cried when ruby (allegedly ) died when he was to h*rny not paying attention and trying to hookup with some guy while knowing there were some aliens out there and didn’t even give ruby a weapon to protect her , heck he cried and was so scared of a drag queen timeless alien freak and was so scared of it as if the doctor never faced monsters of unimaginable horrors and lost, even did nothing when ruby was about to be sent to away and just did nothing while the guy he licked did something and saved her, he did nothing but open his mouth wide open when it was revealed that some alien god has been hiding in the tardis, and had to wait for some old companion to man up for him and save him. Even the show writers admitted that they slacked off when writing this doctor . Like I mean yeah you can have a doctor that can cry, a doctor that is gay or whatever , you just need to be a good writers, a good actor, and at least knowledge on why the people loved the doctor and not just some insert character who makes up things along the way to make the story seem reasonable when it’s not
