I'm 52 years old, and I'm also adopted. My Mom is 81, and my Dad is 83. My parents were a gift from God to me. Same as Michaels parents to him.
And I also: "I Love my Dad TOO MUCH!"
My Mom is one of a kind. She's MY Mom.
And even though I was adopted she told me, at 4 years old, "God meant for you to be our son; And if I could have gotten pregnant you would have come from inside of me."

Oh my God. This made me cry. So happy that you found parents that wanted nothing more but to call you their baby, their child. Biology doesn't always make a family love, respect, kindness, acceptance, dedication to someone, the desire to raise good little humans is what makes a family. Many biological parents suck so much they don't deserve to be called mom and dad and most certainly don't deserve precious children.
