My copy arrives today. Really looking forward to it. I’ve been doing The Simple Six, which was written by Clinton Dobbins but seems to be no longer sold, and it’s been great. It’s five exercises (Push-up, Chin-up, Goblet Squat, Kettlebell Press and Kettlebell Swing) followed by 30 minutes of any cardio. So it’s about an hour. But I’m looking for a more minimalist workout which will combine strength and cardio in one go and take less time.
Fantastic! From what you've described here, I think Strong ON! will be just what the doctor ordered. Let me know how it goes, and thanks for picking it up!
Great job Pat! You killed it on the TV and your content is great. Book bought. No brainer.
Thanks a ton, dude. The hosts were great fun--and they had good technique, too--so it was pretty easy.
Appreciate you!
Your two kettlebells are now famous.
My ‘Strong On’ copy is on my doorstep tomorrow.
Love to hear it. You'll have to let me know what you think. And thank you!
Orange and fantastic!
Isn't it?!
Brilliant interview. Properly representing for kettlebells 👊
Thanks, dude! Definitely trying to represent the community well. Cheers!
Oh Yeah!!
Nice to see the news show got the orange memo!
Darn right!
I was like..."Hey!! I've seen those bells on UA-cam!!"
@@atverde that’s awesome. Bet you didn’t know they had names, though!
@KettlebellQuickies that was new information, yes!
Awesome that you managed to post the interview. The video on the tv website just wouldn't work no matter what browser I've tried.
Yep, they were cool enough to send me the MP4.
This year I will go from Strung Out to Strong On
Congrats on getting the national exposure!
TV is fun, but, at the end of the day, I much prefer the creative control I have here on UA-cam. Thanks for tuning in!
Now THAT is some quality television. Awaiting the arrival of my pre-order…
It arrived! 🎉🎉

All it needed was you finishing off the interview playing eruption.
Mines on order!
Awesome--thank you!
