I was filling out insurance paperwork while watching/listening to this... and three different times I had typed in a number at the same time Panga said them. Mind you, it wasn't an accident... they were the correct numbers I was typing in. Fuckin' serendipitous.
Panga always starts a ninja by saying, “This is pretty straightforward. There’s not many areas for optimization” and then people find really precise strats that take him hours to grind out haha he’s gotta have faith that the level is always more complicated than it looks at first glance
If you consider that all those optimisations happen on a single linear path then it's still much more straightforward then other ninji speed runs. Players don't have to consider multiple alternative paths and optimising each to find the fastest of them all.
I really hope nintendo makes more ninjis after 20, but they already announced they stopped with "major" updates last april, but maybe a few more ninjis isnt a "major" update
GGs Panga! The really difficult piranha plant kill was immediately nullified when people realized you could just pull the snowball after jumping up by the plant, sorry you had to go through that torturous strat to get #1. But you did it so...I'm not complaining : )
