The title, into screen, and hub room in "key no die" are all references to the level "Mario commits key die", which is why Dave gets that deja vu feeling upon entering the hub room.
There are also a whole bunch of references to other levels in these. Trolling is (F)art is a reference to a defender level, the room with the large boot is a reference to a defense level which has been referenced several times now by different levels, etc.
I was gonna comment explaining that where mario commits key die but I looked first. I played that level the other night where I have it saved.

Those Two Troll Levels were incredible!!! Huge fan DGR. Your perseverance is inspiring to watch! Those Two Troll Levels in the video reminded me of The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Seasons and Ages. Where you could go back and forth between those two games with these special passwords to get extra goodies, including a chance to save Zelda!

They trolls arent even really tricks they are just catching him on his impatience and silliness
Often he acts too soon because he expects a certain type of troll, or he tries to sniff something out, and then they anticipate that and do something else that doesn't look like a trick to you but it's actually intended specifically for people playing those mind games
Oh yeah I bet you'd 100% not get tricked at all the first time on these. He's really impatient for not predicting every hidden invisible trap while 10 mechanisms activate at once.

The part where you need to hold down for 10s, is actually becuase in some smb3 styles, you do a little hop if you hold down for 10s while on a white semisolid. Can you guess why?
Awesome pair of levels but it would suck for those to show up in a random run in other modes.

The stationary skull coaster thing was originally famous from a Halloween level that CarlSagan42 played. Most troll players have seen Carl get fooled by that one, but I guess it was still a surprise to DGR. Still one of the best silly trolls

Yeah, there were a couple of references he missed. Each troll player definitely has a slightly different experience going through this level though, depending on the other levels they've played.

I can't even imagine how this was made. But, if this was made by only one creator, that was extremely well done. I vote for this being the best ever troll level made in Mario Maker 1 and 2. It's like seeing Picasso at work. A class in how the master of masters work.
As far as I'm aware, most levels in wagon world have some amount of collaboration, although many of them might be mostly built by one person.

Imagine if the level creator purposefully put a "you wait, you die" troll at 13:37 so it killed Dave while he was moving the camera
I normally don't like troll levels, but this set caught my attention.

On top of the obvious world-to-world journey through the history of trolling in general (Oldest Trolls, Dawn of Jank, etc) Super Wagon World is also chock-full of winking references to specific past levels. You'd have to be an extremely well-traveled veteran of Mario Maker to catch all of them.

As a first video I am watching from you, I quite had fun watching the whole 40 minutes of trolling. I *do not* know how the creator made, but what I can tell is that legit *everything* has been calculated, what the hell :)

Those levels were very technically impressive but.... no. I would not enjoy playing those.
His brain had an assumption( that these codes only have one digit numbers), jumped to a conclusion, desensitized itself to visual feedback(thus ignoring the extra tile), and stuck to its guns.
Not only is dgr to bad at reading codes, but the troll makers are to bad at making locks which are secure against wrong codes lol
