Ok so it looks like door needs to be open to use this pull up bar? It looks like if door is close you will be hitting door as you are pulling up?? How far from wall is the bar? I wanna put it avobe garage door but don't wanna have that door open everytime I need to use it.

Does the blue Cerakote finish on the pull-up bar help soften the knurling so it doesn't rip into your skin so much like some people were complaining?

martyjanderson I have a rogue rack/plates, bars, even the $30 dollar jump ropes and the honest truth it is overpriced for what you get. You can get equipment that will do the exact same thing for a quarter of the price.
It’s the exact same as a person who goes and pays too much money for a lambo and the next person pays almost nothing for a Carolla. Both cars ultimately do the exact same thing. Only difference is in the fitness world , one product doesn’t help you build muscle faster then the other so why pay the extra money? No use simply waste bar must be not static but must be dynamic. It must be fit into different positions in order to put push ups chin ups and pull ups.
I think I'll stick to the pull up bar I bought at academy for like $20 that I don't have to drill into my wall. I'm sure this is great for muscle ups or whatever but if I tried one I'd put my head through my ceiling.
