That is why people shouldn't look into things too much. It is practically all in the manga, but people just look into it way too much and disregard what Isayama has shown us.
I can use this statement for this guy here and all the yeagerists who like to read their own things, cuz yeah everything is in the manga. But this video is about something intentionally twisted, since in the original interview isayama said that Eren was indeed disappointed by the sole existence of people, and about how hostile and warmongering they were TOO. "TOO" so it's an addition to Eren's childish response to the discovery of humanity existence. Trying to make a video about something so stupid to prove your delusional points is cringe af
@@_tm.b_3532 Nope, pay attention. Isayama said that GRISHA'S book, the brutality and the futility of the warmongering of the outside world was what disappointed him.. Pay attention, kid. "Too," is merely addressing his disappointment towards this. Not his childish dream, which was never addressed, just you in your delusions.
@@_tm.b_3532one hyper anlyzes one single panel without caring for what the rest of the manga has shown us and then uses head cannon, the other takes all available information including creator interviews. These are not the same.
@@asuraspath2262I had always been sure that Eren was a psychopath but didn’t Isayama say things about alternate timelines, isn’t the manga a separate timeline from the anime because it has the “see you later, Eren” panel? Are we able to explain how Eren altered everything since before he was born because of the attack titan and founding titan without there having been a different timeline? Wouldn’t there have to have been a timeline where Eren manipulated everything from outside the timeline that we see from? Oh wait nvm I think I took things in a different way. But are there alternate timelines? I swear I see so much misinformation about AOT I don’t know what to believe other than I have come up with. Also if not then why did we see not only manga timeline Mikasa but also school caste Mikasa and Armin after Eren and Zeke touched? Is it because of the whole “Ymir only knows” thing or is there an actual explanation that can be made? Since there are likely different timelines, was there a version of Eren from a different timeline that altered the timeline? Have I been misunderstanding the attack titan and it’s powers?
@@biggamer7245 I'd guess theres just a fixed time-line. Why it showed in anime and not in manga or vice versa is probably just them skipping over it, which is pretty common in adaptations and movies. And the school cast could just be an easter egg and nothing else. Apparently Eren tried everything he could, which is basically implying that its a fixed timeline, nothing Eren does can change the future, the future/fate has been decided. I don't particularly like that, but guess thats just my own preference. I just think if they wanted to go the deterministic route, they could've done it better.
This video is basically an illiterate repeating the same things for 12 minutes, using poor personal argumentation and based on a twisted interpretation of a message. So...wow, if this is what you look for when you want an analysis on something, I'm worried about people's reading comprehension skills lmao
@@codered.0.0.7 That wasn’t even his intention and he didn’t even want to sacrifice his friends. This is why no one takes people who hate the ending seriously because they cannot fathom that genocide is wrong.

Even without this, Isayama has recently stated in a public appearance that he wrote the ending to portray Eren as a good guy with good intentions. Regardless of how successful he was in his goal, that is just further proof that he does not agree with the Invaderzz school of ending defenders and their interpretation of Eren.
@@sort6726 It's on UA-cam. Look up "Isayama 'apologizes' for the ending of AOT" and it should come up. It was a recent appearance from I think last year.
@@paulportman3754 he never said something like this, you just twisted a completely different message and make it simple and shallow to prove your point. The only good intention he mentions is referred to him trying to give his friends happy long lives, something we've known for ages 💀
@@_tm.b_3532 You think you're debunking me, but you're only proving my point. Even if that is the only good intention he was referring to, that still goes against this notion that Invaderzz has that Eren was just a psychopath who was just doing the Rumbling because he felt like it. Him sacrificing himself, turning himself into the enemy of mankind for everyone to rally against, and breaking his friends' curses while turning them into heroes all makes him appear pretty altruistic. And yes, he did say he was writing him as a "good guy," even if he and/or the translator put it in quotes because there's a lot of morally questionable or gray things involved in what he's doing. Still, you don't even need Isayama's words to understand what he was trying to do, despite how poorly executed it was. You just have to look at Chapter 139 and use your own critical thinking skills.
The down fall of Aot started for me when it was revealed that eren orchestrated everything. A lot of people don’t realize just how much that destroys the series
A lot of people don't realize it because it's your personal taste dude, it's actually a great plot twists that explains many things about the attack Titan powers
Isayama himself keeps dunking on the ending defenders and just now that clown seatactics made a video why armin/annie makes sense since ppl were criticizing it
@@boppinboyz true, the whole thing is getting completely out of touch with reality, i mean there's scenarios happening that would never ever happen in any universe even anime universe... Cant wait to see Eren say he destroyed the world for his traitorous friends cause his mind was a bit messy, Armin thanks him for it, and then Eren goes and drops dead.. then everybodys crying about how great he was for doing it cause of them, also Erwin saluting the Alliance including Annie and Reiner and end it all with Mikasa levitating over the ocean with Erens head and having a bird wrap a scarf around her, which remember, Ymir lifted the curse cause Mikasa so got over Eren 😂 sorry for the essay
It hurts that Mikasa and Armin stop the rumbling sparing 20% of humanity which Marley later repays Paradis back by dropping war bombs on Shiganshina and the extermination of all Eldians out of bloody revenge. Eren and the Survey Corps all died for nothing, Floch and the Yeagerists were right along. The entire world was the true enemy outside the walls.
which is literally also what the whole anime s1-3 has told us. like isyama HIMSELF wrote it so that we think ppl outside the walls are sht. only to retcon it in s4 ONLY TO THEN show us that the outside world still hates and attacks paradis island after eren's death 🤦🏻♀️
Facts, and nows theres a 0% chance of paradise making peace with the outside world considering what eren just did he pretty much doomed the eldian decendents into being hated on forever, he also removed the power of the titans which was the only defense agaisn the world now their just regular humans. As of how eren expected paradise to win a full on war againsnt the outside world who knows🤷🏿♂️.
You're biased towards Paradis because the first 3 seasons were basically Paradis propaganda. You need to realize that you're trying to support the guy who wanted to commit mass genocide on the entire world. Regardless if he was stopped or not, he still commited an insane amount of mass murderer that included countless innocents. Compared to what Eren did, the attack on Shiganshina and 100 years of Titan rule look insignificant. Eren was no longer a hero he became a villain.
@@ether2275 Shut tf up bro. Eren isn't the villain here. Biased?? MARLEY TURNED INNOCENT ELDIANS INTO TITAN AND THREW THEM AT PARADIS. Miss me with that sympathy bs. All the outside world had to do was simply leave Paradis tf alone. Eren DID NOT want to kill the innocent ppl outside the walls.
Invaderzz and EDs: Eren is a psychopath and just wanted to destroy the world. Isayama: SIKE! That's the wrong interpretation!! Real AOT fans: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really love the fact that this video proven me right here. Not only that Eren unleashed the Rumbling to protect his friends and Paradis but also pointing out how much brutal and evil the outside world is. Before this video, I always tried to separate my personal reason and Eren's reason for supporting the Rumbling. But now, I felt like my personal belief intertwined with his. After seeing what happened to Faye from Grisha's notebook and seeing how much hated the Subjects of Ymir by many others, it made Eren came to same conclusion I found after reading about the Chinese philosophy known as Legalism. According to Legalism, humans are naturally evil and inherently selfish. And the only reason another human is willing to die for another human is because their interests are aligned. So I think Eren reached the same conclusion after seeing how much cruel and hateful Marley and most of the world are to the Subjects of Ymir. To Eren, their cruel behaviors toward the Subjects of Ymir and endless hunger for power and domination through the Powers of the Titans proven him right that humans are naturally evil and inherently selfish despite the fact he does not even know what Legalism is. And the bombing is just showing to me that as long as humans existed, conflicts will never ceased to exist. That's the interpretation I got from my friend, Manga Horse.
Truth is we never needed Isayama's words to confirm the dogshit ending, he did so himself with the additional pages after 139 with the literal nuking and pathetic downfall of Paradis.

Ending made sense it was the continual cycle of hate and neither side could get rid of it even when the board was made empty in the end both sides wanted it all and neither got anything out of it.
Did invaderzzz forget about Carla’s speech and how it impacted Eren and his philosophy? His entire shtick after season 3 was that people were special just because they were born into the world. Everyone was special simply because they were born. Every life holds value because it exists. That alone already opposes his characterization of Eren because how are you supposed to resolve that Eren values human life and liberty but also hates the world simply for existing? Does Eren have split personality now?
Invaderezz needs to take psychology and understand why violent evil villians do what they do, one class would prove to him there is no such thing as being "born to kill" like Eren is said to by invaderezz. He developed his philosophy due to his childish desire for a free perfect world like Zeke did. But the difference is that where Zeke understood the meaningless cycle of hatred between the people and tried his absolute best to give the world an unbiased utilitarian solution Eren disregarded the cycle of hatred like a child believing he could end it with the rumbling (which according to ANR he can). But even he knows it isn't the right way and he cries because of it, but he moves forward not because of his murderous itch (which he doesn't have cause there is no such a thing, and as a psychology enthusiast i can't help but to feel a little irrationally offended by people who think it does exist) but rather because he childishly and pettily wanted revenge for what the world did him as a kid and the freedom to see the sights he was denied, he was angry and wanted to get back at the world, it is truly pathetic of him to do this. HOWEVER it is a psychologically realistic reason unlike being born what I like to call a fictional serial killer. Basically the born to kill myth, that exists because people should take psychology and realize that despite the fact that serial killers aren't born to kill they are still not justified in what they do because they all could have sought out some help if they wanted to. But media's lack of understanding of psychology is a whole as topic for another day
Psychology isn't the bases and answer of every thing. You're putting it in a higher pedestal than it ever deserves. Not philosophy as in thinking, rather I'm talking about the philosophy that's taught in schools, it's filtered through many ideological (and political) biases. I'm not an ending defender at all btw.
Now the EDs are arguing about that "too" at the end of Isayama's statement. Arguing that the hostility of the world was just the secondary reason. My friends, if Existence of the world was Eren's primary reason, yam's should've at least mentioned it. Grow up.
Thank you for this video! Thank you for vindicating me. I was confused myself when Eren said he was dissapointed and I went online and saw all this shit about how Eren is just a murderer for no reason. When the whole story up until then, multiple times Eren says he would give his life to save everyone.
It's hilarious cause Eren actually says why he does it. He does it to protect the island. It's made ridiculously obvious throughout the entire series that Eren values freedom above all else. The post-timeskip incarnation of the character is simply the version of the character that does whatever it takes, regardless of who suffers because of it, so long as it's not someone he cares about. The rumbling was built up to from the very beginning, with Eren even once saying that he wanted to "destroy the whole world" in his rage. It was just a natural progression
Here comes the "I read what I want to read" dude from titanfolk. Let me quote canon manga stuff to clear things up 1. Eren OPENLY said that there was MORE than just saving the island and proceeded to talk about his childish dream coming from Armin's book. I don't know what type of grammar you studied, but if there's MORE to something, that MORE is the #1 thing, ain't it? (And, additionally, Eren's concept of saving the island would've 100% prioritized his friends, those who were "more important than anyone else". Just to prevent any requiem/aoe-like dumb arguments). 2. Eren's concept of FREEDOM stems from Armin's book and the sea, that made them so motivated to fight. The fact that they've shared the same dream was made blatant. When was it ever mentioned that to Eren "freedom=my country's freedom"??? Eren was selfish and he confirmed his selfishness in chapter 139, thinking about his father telling him "you're free" and saying "I would've turned this world in a flat canvas anyway/I wanted to do it at all costs", definitely not for some nationalist reasons ig. In fact, when Eren wanted to join the SC he did it "to see what was the outside world like" (his words to Grisha and Carla, before Titans even showed up), that outside world Armin shown through a book, and Eren told Zeke he's always been the same, and the scene of him talking to Grisha about his goal was shown again in chapter 120. Not a single mention of "I want to make the island free" you guys keep mentioning. Before knowing about that book, Eren was constantly bored due to the walls, that's what he said. Indeed, in the exact moment before Armin told him about the book, do you remember the panel of him gloomily looking at the wall saying "ahhh I wish something would happen?". Chapter 94, the parallel with kid Reiner looking at the sky thinking about his dream of becoming a hero. Eren literally admitted he wished for everything to disappear, he WANTED the rumbling for that. It wasn't a forced mission he begrudgingly had to do for his country. Why didn't he say "when I learned that humanity hated us I was disappointed"?? Why didn't he say "it's to save Eldia" and that's it?? I guess you delusional redditors should start paying attention to canon stuff instead of trying to find justifications for you theories and wet dreams' failures. Don't you think man? 3. This screenshot is actually the second part of the full interview, and the first answer Isayama gave was about the outside world Eren and Armin dreamt about, that coming (guess what) from the book. This is the decontextualized and twisted second part, where he actually said that the hatred of the world disappointed him TOO, using a particle that means "in addition to something". This that you can easily search for online and verify them. It's always fun to see you guys grasping at straws and forced your brains to believe in non-existent bs lmao😂 PS: Eren saying "I'll destroy the entire world" at the end of s1 was not only in a completely different context than s4's, but it was an anime original moment just like the berserk titan, added by wit. And no, no foreshadowing for future events, since in 2013 Isayama hadn't even planned to make AoT as we know it today, but shorter and simpler.
@@_tm.b_3532 1. Uh, I'm not sure where you got that from. That isn't at all what "more" means. More means exactly what the word means. There's more to it. That doesn't make that the main shit lmao. Eren saving the island was due to his drive for freedom and to protect the freedom of the island. 2. It didn't stem from the book, it sourced from it. The book merely incited the idea that Eren wasn't free. Eren's whole freedom thing wasn't like that Eren's entire thing is that the world wants to take away his, and Paradis's, freedom. And he's willing to take their freedom before they take take away Paradis's, and by extension his own, freedom. I don't know if I communicated it wrong, but there's obviously a selfish aspect to the rumbling. He wasn't making them free, he was preventing them from dying, which he felt would be the equivalent of taking away their freedom as they were people born into the world, and therefore deserving of freedom. All this stuff is there if you pay attention to it. I'm confused why you're accusing me? Do you like the ending? Do you hate it? I haven't made a stance on it at all. I talked about the rumbling and only the rumbling. I still think the ending's garbage, if that's what you're upset about. 3. Not sure what that has to do with what I said. As for the anime thing, yeah that was an L on me. Whoops. But in the manga iirc it's stated that Eren is basically a true monster because he just will not let any barriers hold him down, or something like that.
This is how I feel: Hm, well you have based your whole argument for this channel on the *subjective* statement of “good writing” and parts of what Isayama says as well as your own feelings, but you have been making it sound like everything you say is objective and “100% correct” and I agree that you are correct here but it’s possible for you to be wrong in other areas just like how Invaderzz had been right? Good writing is subjective but I feel like your opinion on the ending is all talked about in an objective way on this channel, even tho the ending is still subjective, also invaderzz literally says “whether or not you like this part of the story is ULTIMATELY SUBJECTIVE” so he isn’t saying that what you see as good writing is bad. He never even attacked you or called you out or anything the way you are calling him out did he? Yes the ending has bad writing, it didn’t explain anything, left plot holes everywhere that can only be filled with head cannons or maybe if Isayama explains everything one day, but in my opinion I accepted the ending and Eren’s own character being a loser blinded by his reach for freedom. I have made “head cannons” about the ending in order to make things fit and it makes sense to me, especially when it comes to Ymir and her being a slave. 0:34 I get you are upset about the ending(I have accepted it anyways for now) but this is the kind of hate and toxicity I don’t get, people like you saying that “ending defenders” have “Bain damage” just because we have different opinions. Your gonna just say “oh it’s cause they have brain damage and are idiots”? What have “ending defenders” done that makes them deserved to be called that, just because they try to understand the ending with head cannons instead of hating on the ending? I feel like maybe if you didn’t insult people for their own opinions you would be more popular, and then more people might start listening in a bit more about why certain things are the way they are in AOT. Also Isayama said the ending we got is the original ending that he always had planned, and I believe him but you don’t seem to and will say that he retconned everything right? If Isayama confessed to retconning I would believe the ending to be even worse, but it doesn’t seem like he did in my opinion. I think it is believable that Eren was always meant to be a tragic character who never would be able to the reach freedom that he wanted, and that we were supposed to feel that he was not blind in chasing his freedom, but that is a head cannon of course.
I’m still wondering why or how Invaderzz got the idea that Eren was psychopathic. He’s ruthless, sure, but he’s not a psychopath like Vady keeps pushing
I would have never thought that becoming an AOT fan would make me so conflicted regarding this series. Part of me absolutely loves the series because of how much it resonates with me personally (especially the time that I read/watched most of it) because it made me want to delve deeper into different kinds of stories whether it would be books, games, movies or anime. But then again there is the absolutely dogshit last few chapters that have divided the entire fandom. Where one side (understandably) absolutely loathes it and are hurt by it because of how much they cared about the series and then there is bootlickers who didn't really even care about series that much and just keep on preaching how amazing it is even when faced with its multiple problems.
After thinking about this I actually don’t find Invaderzz argument to be 100% flawed. Isayama is just responding to Eren being disappointed about the outside worlds hate towards eldians as you said, but Eren has always been a character whose philosophy was around trying to obtain freedom. Sure if Invaderzz was trying to say Eren(during his life) would destroy the world just because he wanted to, you can say that is bad I guess. But Eren doing anything to try and obtain freedom that he wants is still a true thing. Of course Invaderzz probably looked into school caste a bit much, but he did also use school caste to show Eren’s true nature when Eren *does* have freedom. That when Eren has freedom he just feels bored and unsatisfied with his life, that is the part of his argument that I do find to be true because all Eren saw at the beginning was a wall that would be able to protect him, he didn’t feel that his freedom was being threatened other than when he killed the guys that kidnapped Mikasa. When Armin showed Eren the book of the outside world, Armin was looking at the outside world but Eren was thinking about the freedom that he didn’t have because of the walls and titans. At that point of Eren’s life, Eren saw the walls and titans as enemies especially since they were basically in the way of his freedom. NO ONE was supposed to know that much about the outside world from the start because Karl Fritz erased the memories of everyone in paradis. Eren at least had never known there was an outside world to begin with, and when he was shown the outside world because of Armin, he saw freedom that he wanted, freedom that the walls and titans were in his way of. Eren wanted to feel free and he wanted to joined the scouts and decided that he would fight for that freedom. Eren finds out about the outside world later, the outside world become another wall to him because of the fact that they have been the ones sending titans to paradis. Eren is disappointed because as the author states, Eren did not like finding out about how the outside world is towards eldians and how they have been trying to wipe out paradis. I mean Isayama did say “maybe” and “too” but gonna just take his words that way. Eren also later kisses Historia’s hand and not only receives his fathers memories from the past, but also recieves the memories that his father had seen(Eren probably chose what memories of his own future Grisha would have seen, maybe using the founding titan to alter the memories that Grisha would have been able to see). Eren thought that the sight of the rumbling that he had seen from his fathers memories would bring him to freedom. He asks when they are all by the sea “if we kill all our enemies, will we finally be free?” because he can’t comprehend why he would choose to do something so horrible like the rumbling. He wasn’t sure where it would bring him but he felt that he had to move forward even though he didn’t know he would end up dying or how much of humanity he would end up killing. Once Eren reaches the paths he realizes that the freedom he had been chasing after his whole life is because he himself is an idiot who had too much power. Eren altered the timeline somehow before his birth(we don’t have a true explanation confirmed by Isayama on how), and used the word freedom to try and justify what he was chasing after his whole life.
I mean, just knowing that humanity exists outside the walls is such a dumb motivation to commit genocide and yet EDs are convinced that's it. I really don't understand how any person could LOGICALLY think that is possible. We've seen who Eren really is, we've experienced the story from is pov and reducing him to a two-dimensional Hollywood psychopath kills his entire character and makes him as a protagonist quite uninteresting to say the least.
I don't really think any of us needed an interview to prove how utterly ridiculous and insane the mental gymnastics of invaderz's argument because the story it self proves that eren isn't a genocidal maniac by nature at all like. literary he kills to save evertime he did it with mikasa he did with his friends he did the rumbling for them He never killed without protecting someone he loves which ultimately proves invaderzz is Fucking wrong from the beginning but hey yams the goat once more stands with truth
I argued with one person how eren kills to protect but he commented me that eren was always psycho, that this kill to protect is also psychopathic. I gave up trying to reason with them. Another even said Gross was far better human being than eren. Some people only care about numbers and try to boost their ego by being morally on the correct side. That's too simple and pathetic. We should ask eds how a character who is empty on goals, motivations, and is just born evil and kills billions just for a book is deep. How? He killed so many just because they existed! How can they believe in that? And some say it's to protect his friends only. Which is it, eds? It's either he was just evil since birth and wanted a world without humans, or having a goal and doing it because of that. If he's a psychopath he wouldn't do the rumbling even for his friends. If he did it only for his friends, then he isn't a psychopath doing it just for a book and has a goal, has a reason.
Is the song playing in the background a very slowed version of “PAIN” from Max Payne 3? I’ve noticed in quite a few of these videos that same soundtrack plays, and everytime I hear it I just hear “PAIN”. These videos are really good by the way, it helped me put quite a few things into perspective. I hadn’t even actually considered how erens 180 affected the stories theming more than anything, removed from the fact that it just doesn’t make any sense for his character ontop of that.
10:26 Nah, it is more of a war will still continue than a the specific titan related issue would still continue. War continues until humanity bombs itself back to the stone age, that's why the boy and the dog didn't have advanced tech and didn't have tattered clothes, that's just the normal clothing of 2,000 to 20,000 years in the future after humanity bombed itself back to the stone age.
I am more disappointed at the plot armour even if someone told me eren was going easy on his friends while they were fighting him It makes no sense that they all survive not only the heat of colossal Titans but other Titan shifters Also infinite gas
Do you guys really think Eren was going to kill the only people he had left? The only people he really cared about? The people he said he wanted to protect when influencing Kruger's words and when talking to them and Zeke? He interrupted the alliance conversation about "what if Eren wants us to stop him" to say "no talk, just kill me". After that, he left them with the powers and created puppets to make them fight. It was all intentional and I guess easy to understand. If you wanted a serious fight between them with Eren killing those he's always fought for then there's a big problem in terms of reading comprehension It's plot armor because Eren created that plot armor, and the gas wasn't infinite, the battle didn't last that long if you reread paying attention to the events' timeframe. I've seen longer odm gear action in previous seasons
@@l_3268 wdym the only people he had left, did you forget about Paradis? Also, the gas only lasts about 4-5 minutes so how the hell are they lasting that long? Eren also puts his friends lives at stake for about three to four times during the timeskip and he doesn't even know if they will survive in 139. This "Eren created the plot armor" Makes absolutely zero sense, Like How or when? Go Read the manga properly kid ,Eren has bigger things to worry about than his so called "friends".
When I learned that humanity lived outside the walls, I was so disapointed. This coincides with Eren learning that the outside world would laft while his 10y old aunt at the time would get killed by dogs, that his dad wasn't free, that the rest of the world wanted to take his freedom away... For some dumb reason I always thought a part of Eren wanted the rumbling because of this line for selfish reasons, even though he apologize to Ramzi... holy shit, that makes so much more sense.
Another thing that completely debunks the smooth brained notion that Eren is a psychotic, genocide loving maniac is his breakdown in season 3, right before Historia pulls him out of it. By his own admission he remembers EVERYONE who died directly or indirectly due to his actions, and goes so far as to tell Historia to kill him for the betterment of humanity. Eren has always cared about humanity. He was simply put into an impossible situation where he had to choose between his home and a literal world who wanted to destroy everything he loved.
Idk how people think Eren just don’t lunatic that wants to destroy the world just because. When we literally see his character growth and progression. Especially after he touches the Titan that was on the ground and calls it a fellow patriot. 🤦🏾♂️
So is Isayama saying that his own writing is bad or something? God dammit I’m so confused I’ve seen so much misinformation but if Isayama said all of this then idk what to think now… Is the whole reason Eren did everything solely because of the attack titan and not because of alternate timelines? Has Isayama said anything else since then? The manga and anime are made to be different timelines right?
It does remove the idea of freedom as one of Eren's primary motivations but he is still a mass murderer. Also, you can still argue that Eren desired Freedom even if it was just the side effect of the Rumbling.
The world was full of them its just he at least made the world even by its end the only problem was neither side could get rid of the hate they had for the other so the cycle repeated.
Still my favourite youtuber concerning AoT. There is just something about AoT that makes people go pseudo-intellectual - or in other words, braindead. But your opinion is just built on the story, you see it as it is. A lot of people don't believe in AoE, but if it does actually happen, ending defenders are the biggest clowns on this planet.
I think eren did the rumbling because he didn’t like the way the world was outside the walls and that the island would always be in danger if something didn’t change so I think he did it to in a way start over humanity and make a new world.
I am hnonetslybstarting to think either: something personally happened to Izayama He got comfortable and lax His editor changed and thus the disjointed narrative He did not actually write it... and what he actually wrote... is the crap of an ending he did. I am leaning more towards this.... As the difference and level in bad writing is too astronomical.
I think it should be a mix, the scary thing is that eren was capable of being a hero and a mass killer at the same time, wasnt that the message on the show? I understood thah better in the anime, I think was in connie s words, eren is a mass murder but also a confused teen with a hard desicion to take, thats the beauty of it, we can see that eren on that page that everyone hates when he crawls for mikasa, and confessed that to armin, I really like that page cause really put down eren of this monster figure as just that a kid, same on the extra comics, for me the best chapter is when eren fantasies with a zombie apocalypse, that would have get him a similar situation to living in the walls, but he feels so dissapointed when he wakes up, is so sick, but is a situation that maybe we can all find a bit relatable, I enjoyed isayamas work, the only thing that I didnt enjoy is that he could have expand the last chapters, thats why Im enjoying a lot attack on titan requiem, a fan manga where they are expanding the last arc, even with a great art style
came for the interview, and it was interesting information I was not aware of, but this constant calling other fans who had incorrect theories "brain damaged", and whatnot just makes this whole video feel like total brainrot.
Lol it would be the case, if they weren't so arrogant and insulted everyone for "not understanding Eren" all because of invaderzz's headcanons. And don't even get me started how often Ending Defenders insult theorists.

The point of invaders video wasn’t to say Eren was some idiot maniac . It was to say he saw the people outside the walls as the walls that caged him and manifested the belief that he MUST kill them .
This has to be the worst interpretation of Invaderzz's video. You had to have made this just to stir up people who actually understood the characterization of Eren's character. The entire point of comparing the *normal* timeline is to show exactly how Eren is a flawed person and does have sociopathic tendancies. It's shown when he is a child, as a teenager, and as a young adult. Nature and Nurture are what make "crazy serial killers," and his nature IS sociopathic. AOT is insanely well written in it's depiction of human nature. If you don't like it, it's likely that you can't grasp that concept.

@@biggamer7245 I'd guess theres just a fixed time-line. Why it showed in anime and not in manga or vice versa is probably just them skipping over it, which is pretty common in adaptations and movies. And the school cast could just be an easter egg and nothing else.

I'm still waiting for an ED to debunk: "What Keeps A Man Moving Forward" video
Let me quote canon manga stuff to clear things up
It's always fun to see you guys grasping at straws and forced your brains to believe in non-existent bs lmao😂
PS: Eren saying "I'll destroy the entire world" at the end of s1 was not only in a completely different context than s4's, but it was an anime original moment just like the berserk titan, added by wit.

This is how I feel:
Hm, well you have based your whole argument for this channel on the *subjective* statement of “good writing” and parts of what Isayama says as well as your own feelings, but you have been making it sound like everything you say is objective and “100% correct” and I agree that you are correct here but it’s possible for you to be wrong in other areas just like how Invaderzz had been right?
Odin where have you been, its been quite a long time, i loved watching your videos

so yall all in the comments crying and complaining about someone else’s vision 😂… pathetic
They mean to tell us if the outside world was nice to paradis, eren would still rumble it😂
I don't really think any of us needed an interview to prove how utterly ridiculous and insane the mental gymnastics of invaderz's argument because the story it self proves that eren isn't a genocidal maniac by nature at all like. literary he kills to save evertime
he did it with mikasa
he did with his friends
he did the rumbling for them
He never killed without protecting someone he loves which ultimately proves invaderzz is Fucking wrong from the beginning but hey
yams the goat once more stands with truth
AoT manga was straight trash. Eren was just sexually frustrated the whole time.
10:26 Nah, it is more of a war will still continue than a the specific titan related issue would still continue. War continues until humanity bombs itself back to the stone age, that's why the boy and the dog didn't have advanced tech and didn't have tattered clothes, that's just the normal clothing of 2,000 to 20,000 years in the future after humanity bombed itself back to the stone age.
my goat man! Such a great video. Truly a master piece.
I am more disappointed at the plot armour even if someone told me eren was going easy on his friends while they were fighting him
It makes no sense that they all survive not only the heat of colossal Titans but other Titan shifters
Also infinite gas
Do you guys really think Eren was going to kill the only people he had left? The only people he really cared about? The people he said he wanted to protect when influencing Kruger's words and when talking to them and Zeke? He interrupted the alliance conversation about "what if Eren wants us to stop him" to say "no talk, just kill me". After that, he left them with the powers and created puppets to make them fight. It was all intentional and I guess easy to understand. If you wanted a serious fight between them with Eren killing those he's always fought for then there's a big problem in terms of reading comprehension
It's plot armor because Eren created that plot armor, and the gas wasn't infinite, the battle didn't last that long if you reread paying attention to the events' timeframe.
As someone who is 50/50 and isn’t a doomer or hopechad, im like Hawkeye everyone time a aoe theorist uploaded videos “ please don’t give me hope )
is there a video of the signing event?
Idk how people think Eren just don’t lunatic that wants to destroy the world just because. When we literally see his character growth and progression. Especially after he touches the Titan that was on the ground and calls it a fellow patriot. 🤦🏾♂️

Good but over played
So is Isayama saying that his own writing is bad or something? God dammit I’m so confused I’ve seen so much misinformation but if Isayama said all of this then idk what to think now…
Is the whole reason Eren did everything solely because of the attack titan and not because of alternate timelines?
Has Isayama said anything else since then? The manga and anime are made to be different timelines right?
whats the background music?

He gave up after the peace talks.
I think eren did the rumbling because he didn’t like the way the world was outside the walls and that the island would always be in danger if something didn’t change so I think he did it to in a way start over humanity and make a new world.

@@Odin69 thanks
I am hnonetslybstarting to think either:
something personally happened to Izayama
He got comfortable and lax
His editor changed and thus the disjointed narrative
He did not actually write it... and what he actually wrote... is the crap of an ending he did.

I'm confused... You say that Eren did the Rumbling because he realised the cruelty of the outside world (which I agree with) and how that is good writing. But then you say that the ending sucks. Marley destroying Paradis makes sense. So which is it?

This has to be the worst interpretation of Invaderzz's video. You had to have made this just to stir up people who actually understood the characterization of Eren's character. The entire point of comparing the *normal* timeline is to show exactly how Eren is a flawed person and does have sociopathic tendancies. It's shown when he is a child, as a teenager, and as a young adult. Nature and Nurture are what make "crazy serial killers," and his nature IS sociopathic. AOT is insanely well written in it's depiction of human nature. If you don't like it, it's likely that you can't grasp that concept.
