    इन EXERCISES को me lgbhag 45 din se ker raha hu aur mujhe umeed se jiada labh hua h( tumhara bahut dhanyawad v aashirwad) ab samasya ye h chalte chalte achanak right ghutna atakta sa h jaise kahin phasta ho.

    I am 88. I did this for 2 days. Knee pains and swelling reduced 50 percent. Will continue long time. Natmastak to your dedication. Will advise after comp. Cure.

    बहुत ही अच्छी तरह व्यायाम को करने का तरीका बताया गया है, मेरी उम्र 73 वर्ष है, घुटनों में ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस आर्थराइटिस के कारण बहुत दर्द है, बिस्तर से नीचे पैर रखकर उठने के लिए काफी समय लगता है, मैं इन व्यायाम को ट्राई करूँगी ।

    घुटनों की समस्या प्रायः वृद्धावस्था
    में ही अधिक होती है, अतः अच्छा
